All was fine. At the reception they attended me quickly and without any contratempo. The staff was friendly. I found the room very clean, with air conditioning enclosed at a very pleasant temperature. The room is generally given a 3. The hotel is very clean and the hotel restaurant is wide. I was glad there are offices for sent**** to eat. They are very rich foods (home season), and enough portions. A little high prices, but it is worth it. The buffet breakfast is very rich. Congratulations to the cook. The hotel was quite a bit parked and so far everything was fine. The first night I heard a lot of noise; music and people sing and crying, and began to feel a disgusting smell of cigarette smoke that made me unquiet and prevented me from sleeping pleasantly. The next day I learned that there is a bar inside the hotel, and decided to go in the night to meet. I took a great disappointment: in the bar and on all tables there are a clear invitation to smoke. And so. ¡Let people smoke! We are almost nothing to finish 2019 and still allowed to smoke in a bar, within a hotel, belonging to a very respectable chain. ¡ Incredible! ¡Still allowed to smoke! The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The bar is fully closed and cigarette smoke, it becomes a big cloud that makes my throat closed and almost can't breathe. In 5 minutes in my clothes and hair, I was already impregnated with the smell of cigarette smoke and I understand that there are people who do not care about all the warnings that exist about cigarette consumption and also not all the risk factors that are The hotel has been able to use the phone and the telephone. The hotel is a very good place to stay in the hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

I speak very minimal Spanish, and the hotel staff spoke very minimal (if any) English, but they were willing to use my translation app. However, the booking said there was a restaurant, but there was not. My room was ready, but their key card machine wasn’t working. When I returned a few hours later, it still was not working and had to be escorted & let into my room via security. This meant I couldn’t leave my room for anything (Ie: ice, food, etc) without leaving my door ajar or needing to bug security to let me back into my room. This was remedied the next day, but it was an inconvenience. I received a room facing the parking lot/streets, which was noisy and extra bright. (I wish I had gotten a room on the backside, as I suffer from migraines.) The complementary breakfast left a lot to be desired. Vending machines were mostly empty. Room was clean, and location was highly desirable as it was next to the mall/food court. Bed was comfy, but the pillows SUCKED! The extra blanket had holes throughout, which was a huge quality disappointment. And last but not least… the coffee was horrible.
