O hotel é simples, mas o atendimento dos funcionários foi bom, sendo o Sr. Junior muito educado e prestativo. Café da manhã bom. O box estava com pequeno vazamento, o que deixava o tapete molhado, embora tenha percebido sinais de tentativa de reparo anterior.

Atendimento péssimo! Não cumprem com o horário combinado do check in, recepcionista com muita má vontade. Vim com um grupo de romeiros e chegamos todos cansados e não se importaram em prestar um bom atendimento. Não recomendo.

Hotel ruim , antigo e sem manutenção o banheiro com vazamento alaga tudo quando toma banho , cama muiro velha e desconfortável , no tem kit de shampoo nem sabonete , limpeza muito ruim quarto com cheiro de mofo, atendimento ao cliente quando vc solicita algo de pessimamente qualidade .

Acomodação sem capricho nenhum, móveis velhos e sem manutenção, até a lixeira do banheiro estava quebrada.
Cama absurdamente desconfortável.
Equipe do café da manhã é muito prestativo e tenta fazer o melhor, ao contrário da recepção à noite, com muita má vontade

Esperava mais do hotel. Bastante simples, o que não faz a menor diferença para mim, porém, tive de implorar para fornecerem toalhas para banho, havia uma poça d'água na área de lavatório logo que chegamos e cama não era nada confortável.
No domingo, tive de sair procurar um lugar para tomar café com meus filhos, pois ainda faltando 1:30h para encerrar o café, já não havia quase nada para se servir.
Importante ressaltar que os funcionários tiveram grande dificuldade de encontrar minha reserva feita através do **********
