There is no fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner flaps rattle. If you turn the air conditioner on high it crackles as well. The sliding door lock screw thing is worrisome.

AC wouldn’t work in room. Probably was like almost 80 in our room. If you went into the hallway it was like 50 degrees in there.

Room are partial updated, we were on the top floor and ceiling showed recent signs of considerable leaking, hallway carpet must be 40 years old, grounds need some attention and cleaned up.

Beautiful room, comfortable beds, and the staff were very nice and helpful. I wish you didn’t have to pay for breakfast. Most Red Lions don’t charge for breakfast. And ******* says that breakfast is included. But overall a great experience.

Good property, a bit old/outdated. It was clean. Very spacious rooms. We stayed for a quick break on a road trip. Very good buffet breakfast! Would stay here again!

We selected this Hotel because we knew we where coming in late and wanted something to eat and drink. Their site said a restaurant and also a bar. So we figured we had choices. we got there at 7:45pm both the restaurant and the bar was closed. I was surprised that even the bar was closed before 8:00 p.m. We checked in and had to go look for a place to eat I didn't even know the area This is one of five more visits to Redding. since we're coming from out of state each time , we will definitely pick a different hotel that actually has a restaurant that is open.

We checked in on the 4th of December, we had (4) rooms for (12) nights. Two days after we checked in, we had to move rooms due to remodeling of the hotel. We had (2) rooms for day shift and (2) rooms for night. The rooms they move use to were not suits. We all had to move after working 13-hour shifts. The fourth day there during the day the hotel caught on fire from the construction work being done. The night shift had to evacuate from their room after working all night. The rooms were only cleaned every other day, if you requested. I travel over 200 days a year and had stayed at this hotel before with good experience. I will never stay there again!

No complimentary breakfast was offered, ice machine not working, vending machine not working, side entrance by maintenance was not secure most of the time.
