The reception staff, valets, maids and pantry girls are always kind and attentive. The room was spacious and silent. The curtain protected a lot of the light. The bed was big and comfortable. The air in the room was silent and cooled the environment well. One thing I missed in the bathroom was the lack of a hygienic shower. Other than that, everything was fine. As for breakfast, I believe it meets a person's daily needs well. A simple and delicious coffee. The breads and pudding are good. I just didn't like the cakes offered daily. There is a coconut cake that has a lot of salt, despite it being a sweet cake.

Pior experiência que ja tive em hotéis, ficamos sem energia no hotel desde as 20hrs da noite ate 10 da manha. O quarto ficou quente, a escada de emergência nao tinha luz de emergência, subi e desci 9 andares de escada no escuro. Pela manha do dia seguinte o calor estava insuportável, minha namorada foi abrir uma das janelas do quarto e estava solta e caiu, sorte q minha namorada segurou, porem, se cortou e se queimou por conta de estar fervendo o ferro da janela. E logo em seguida faltou agua pra tomarmos banho. O quarto estava péssimo, o piso mal colocado, a janela toda enferrujada, e nao deram uma satisfação sequer pra sermos bonificados ou qualquer outra coisa pelos transtornos.

Hotel em péssima conservação.
Quarto sujo, lençóis manchados, paredes e cortinas sujas, chão cheio de cabelo, higiene não é o ponto forte do hotel. No café da manhã, quantidade de mesa insuficiente para quantidade de hospedes, mesas com pratos e resto de comida que vao se acumulando sem a limpeza e retirada, esperei cerda de 15 minutos a mesa ser limpa e a da reposição de louça para me servir no café, que é bem fraco, com suco de fruta tipo "tang" em Pó. Não voltaria ao hotel, uma pena, pois a localização é boa.
