Hola quiero compartirles mi experiencia con este hotel en el cual trabajé por varios meses mes con mes rentando sus espacios para mis talleres y desde que cambio la nueva administración las cosas fueron empeorando ya que con la administración pasada trabajamos muy bien y jamás tuvimos algún problema hasta hoy ya que decidieron revender la fecha que yo ya tenía apartada y pagada a tiempo como cada mes, ya que según la empleada Londy Chandomi encargada de la renta de los salones por órdenes de su jefe habían decidido quitarme sin más ni más mi espacio porque era más importante un evento que se les había presentado y que lo único que me podían ofrecer era mandarme al restaurante con la observación de que ellos a esas horas dan el desayuno y se mezclarían los ruidos ambientales, imaginen esta situación y lo poco profesional que suena todo esto por parte del “gerente “ es una lástima que está cadena hotelera se vea afectada así por estas personas poco profesionales. Por otro lado solicité mi reembolso por el mal gusto y hoy es día después de semana y media que no recibo nada, eso quiere decir que todo fue planeado con doló y mala intension para que yo dejara de impartir mis curso ahí ya que según la encargada están pagando un precio que no corresponde por la administración pasada, así que debido a eso yo no era prioridad. Ojalá no les pase a ninguno de ustedes y más cuando ya cuentan con estas instalaciones es un pena de verdad.

I went to visit customers nearby and stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that the service is very good. The night before leaving the store, I pestered the lady at the front desk to ask about the transportation method of Queretaro to Mexico City Airport. The ticket was printed out for me. It was nearly an hour before and after. I didn’t feel impatient at all. I didn’t want to tip the young lady, but I forced to give it to her later. Because I stayed for 2 nights, I left a tip for cleaning the room the next day, but I left it intact and didn't take it (is it too small). When I went to the customer’s side, the front desk made an appointment for the morning car. The hotel arranged a car to take me off, and there was no charge. There is a large shopping mall, liverpool, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can go shopping. There is a large supermarket where you can buy some local things and bring them back to your country as gifts.

Very beautiful place to stay, in the heart of Queretaro city center. It was quiet when we went there and we had the outside patio for ourselves, which was great because we went with our toddler. Only downside was the total lack of flexibility from the lady at the reception desk. We had to cancel our second night due to a family emergency, she refused to refund (at least partially) our night. I asked for the possibility of a discount for our next stay, she argued that their prices would change soon so it could not be done. Other than this unfriendly experience, this is a good place to stay.

Traveling again. Usually when I travel, I typically stick to US-based chains due to points, status and reputation. This business trip I decided to try Domun based on the TripAdvisor reviews and the location. The check in was quick, the front desk staff was OK. Parking is spacious. The restaurant and it's staff is amazing; very attentive and willing to make sure you are comfortable. Food quality and options are better than any US-based chains I've had in QRO. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. I will stay here again.

Unfortunately, my disappointment began when a 6-month reservation ends with a room with some noise, because it was on the first floor to the side of the lift/lift. I was here just this last weekend, all the staff have welcomed us like no one as never done before, I felt like at home every minute I spend there! The room, the area, the breakfast....everything was perfect! My room was awesome at the 3rd floor, with an incredibly large bathroom, the breakfast was simply amazing, with a lot of fresh fruits and a great variety of choice, everything organic, and biologic. The last tip I can give is to book directly on their website, the fare is significantly lower than you can find on the net.

Al darnos la habitación me percato que tiene puerta de intercomunicación con la cuarto contiguo y por tener el sueño muy ligero pedí que me cambiaran de habitación, pero la habitación que me volvieron a dar también tenía puerta de intercomunicación, le expliqué a la señorita que me había dado el mismo tipo da habitación pero en otro piso y me aseguro que no tendríamos problemas pues el cuarto junto al nuestro estaba en mantenimiento y estaría desocupado, lo cual fue mentira pues al ya estar acostados tratando de descansar escuchamos personas hablando y haciendo ruido. Total nos tuvimos que cambiar a las 11 pm por tercera vez de habitación. Aparte siempre tuvimos que ir a recepción porque nunca atendieron el teléfono (pensé que daban prioridad al distanciamiento).

I stayed at Hacienda Jurica for a quinceanera week with families from Queretaro State and friends from the United States. I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel and spa was very well staffed with consummate professionals always available to provide service and assistance. Always kind, courteous and helpful. We enjoyed all our meals in the restaurant from the delightful breakfast buffet, with special offerings on the weekend, to evening meals. The bar was a relaxing spot for a cocktail. And the swimming pool was a pleasure. There are a variety of other activities to enjoy that we just did not have the time to enjoy. The room was clean, modern and quite restful. We did not experience any issues but were confident if we did the professional staff would have been readily prepared to address any needs. The city is readily accessible by taxi or uber, with kind assistance from the front doormen, and we enjoyed several walks to the modern shopping center and just down the street to a small convenience store, though the Hacienda does offer a small store for necessities. We were very pleased with our accommodations and the service. Wonderful place.

Restaurant breakfast is not self-service, ordering for the waiter, feels up to grade Disadvantages: 1. The hotel reception is on the second floor, it is not easy to find; 2. Parking lot has no logo, entrance is not easy to find; parking lot exit and entrance share single lane, inconvenient; parking lot parking space is small and quite narrow; no hotel and building share parking lot. Overall not friendly to drivers 3. There is no convenience store within walking distance of the hotel.

And I went to inspect a gentleman with a bag, which worsens everything, only saw and did nothing; he just stopped to drink tea or coffee and with despot attitude, he saw without repairing NOT. This business trip I decided to try Domun based on the TripAdvisor reviews and the location. The check in was quick, the front desk staff was OK. Parking is spacious. The restaurant and it's staff is amazing; very attentive and willing to make sure you are comfortable. Food quality and options are better than any US-based chains I've had in QRO. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. I will stay here again.

Unfortunately, due to last minute reservation they did not have their shuttle service to the airport available (it was already booked for that morning before 6am). FYI - Shuttle service is not complimentary vs. another Hilton property, which is relatively close by. Due to my short stay I cannot comment on safety and the restaurant. Front Desk at checkin and check out was polite.
