Perfect.
We booked an extra few nights.
The room was amazing much bigger than I'm used to. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom was very clean with good quality toiletries.
Breakfast was possibly the best I've had in any China hotel with loads of choice and excellent quality.
The location is close to restaraunts and shops.
We had a free bowl of fruit every day which was welcome.
The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful and some spoke English which was appreciated.
Ella was particularly helpful as she kept us informed of issues with the pandemic as it began to effect our plans.
The TV became very useful with hundreds of films to watch in many different languages as we were unable to viisit all our planned tourist attractions due to flooding.
Well done and thankyou for an enjoyable stay in Qiqihar.

硬件：贊新，房間佈局合理，28樓健身房尤其贊
軟件：在五星酒店專業服務的基礎上，可以在入住體驗中感受到各個部門服務人員的心的交流，從迎賓説起，看到顧客衹要提重物，就笑臉相迎給予幫助；前台小劉，小王兩位辦理入住退房主動迅速，面面俱到，客房服務苑寶英噓寒問暖定時問候，還送來酒店專屬的當地特產奶製品禮物🎁
總結：五星酒店的硬件和專業附加了獨一無二的用心，充分體現了酒店高層對於管理的專業高度

酒店位置距市中心很近，附近各類商超俱全。
設施較舊，尤其是床頭插座一個方便，另一個在床夫櫃下邊，用起來非常不方便。
睡床倒是挺舒服的。房間隔音很好的。房間衞生要提高一下的，衞生間地上盡然有頭髮。
酒店送的水果挺好的，時令的很。
早歺是值得肯定的，種類多，營養豐富，中西結合。
大堂及前台服務熱情。

首先對於齊齊哈爾這座城市我是非常喜愛.到達第一天辦理入住前台服務態度特別好.因為是在攜程訂的房間.所以連續三天都有果盤.辦理入住的時候還給免費升級了房型.當然舒適度方面沒得説.如果下個月再去齊市我還是會選擇這家酒店.對了.前台的楊帆還特地為我送了一次果盤.挺暖心的.

這個酒店在齊齊哈爾市，我是必須要推薦的，第一次去是看網評住的，第二次住因為第一次住的體驗很不錯，每天的水果很新鮮，還有貼心的防護口罩，對了，每天的水果跟喂“🐷”一般，每天安排的明明白白的。房間很乾凈，床上用品也很舒服。不説了，直接上圖！
