Ramada Hotel and Suites by Wyndham Boao

Very bad experience. There was a very musty smell when entering the room, and there was no slipper paper. Finally, I brought a roll of toilet paper to deal with it upon request.

I just escaped from Ramada in Wanning and came to Ramada in Boao. Entering from the door to the front desk, there is only one person at the front desk, without any service. After check-in, there is a musty smell in the room, so I can only open the window to ventilate myself. There is no paper, it is said that it is not provided. For breakfast the next day, a bowl of shredded pork noodles, an egg, and a glass of milk. Said it was because of the epidemic. 😇. The epidemic is the blame. There is no service at all from the door to the door. Not as good as a homestay. I really don't know the executives of Ramada? ? ?

To be honest, I chose this hotel because I saw Ramada. After all, it is considered a chain, but I was really shocked when I went there! This hotel is in the same community as a health care institution, and the front desk is also with the sales office. This is the first time I have encountered it in history. During a typhoon, there is no one at the front desk, and the luggage cart cannot be pushed to the building where the room is located. ...The size of the room is not small, but the sanitation is so bad that it looks like no one has lived in it for a long time

Generally not particularly good, it feels like an apartment, not a hotel, an apartment for the elderly, suitable for the elderly, the breakfast is average, not as good as ordinary chain hotels, not close to the beach, and the sea water is not good.

The bath water is small and has no water pressure, which is the biggest disadvantage. The decoration took some thought, but it lacks the style and western style that a four-star hotel should have. It feels more like a homestay. The sanitation is relatively clean. Overall, it's okay. The big balcony with a sea view is not bad~~

到店後嚇一跳，昏暗燈光的大堂就一個服務員除此以外沒有其他人，而且極其不專業也沒有穿制服，後來才知道這其實是一個名叫寶蓮城的公寓項目託管給了物業和華美達沒有關係沒有任何其他的服務可言，晚上房間樓道燈都沒開黑漆漆的，很瘮人。被子很薄，且潮濕，床嘎嘎作響席夢思床墊很硬且中間塌陷。

上次去是最不滿意的一次，因為房間大，尤其是床比較大，帶孩子去樓下泳池也方便，每次到博鰲都住這裏，但這次入住時泳池不開放也不説，用的時候才告訴你，電話一問，態度還不好。

整體還不錯，比較滿意，酒店前台服務態度不錯。住的是兩室一廳，一家人入住，非常合適。景色很美，晚上打雷打閃很漂亮，有個露天陽台，很好。唯一不足，就是設施有些老舊，可以適當升級了。

五年了，每年都要在博鰲華美達酒店住一段時間，有一年我還帶着我們公司的同事一起來到海南，春節那幾天和同事們住在華美達酒店，朋友們玩的蠻舒服的，他們對酒店的設施及酒店周邊的環境非常滿意！華美達我們喜歡你！
