It is a good place for weekend leisure and vacation. The manager Wang Zeyu is very enthusiastic. He communicated with us in advance before going, and gave it to Haagen-Dazs enthusiastically after check-in. The Accord Hotel I stayed at this time, I want to experience Oia in the park next time. The hotel and the hot spring are together. It should be a better experience to soak in the hot spring and watch the sea.

A beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff. We got in late and left on an excursion to Laolongtou early the next day. Check-in was pleasant (although little English is spoken but that is okay!), the staff were very friendly and our bags were able to be held until we returned from the trip. Next door to the hotel is a local supermarket and a pharmacy which is quite handy. Recommend!

The hotel is very large, with several floors owned by this hotel. The overall facilities are very good and grand. There are hot springs and swimming pools. Both indoor and outdoor are taken into consideration. It is very suitable for a family to live here. Children especially like to play in the hot spring swimming pool. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small, there is no dressing mirror at the door, the bathroom mirror and countertop are large, but there are no towel racks and storage racks. It would be better if this could be followed up. Hygienic aspects are pretty good, relatively clean. The general environment of the hotel can be said to be very good. The service is generally good. Because there are too many people staying in the hotel, it is understandable that sometimes we can't take care of them. There is a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off after you move in. There is a phone in the room. If you have anything, you can go directly to the front desk, which is very convenient. Next to it is Dongshan Bathing Beach. There are not many people and the sand is fine. The hotel also has exclusive internal amusement facilities, which is very good. Comes with breakfast and hot spring tickets, which is very cost-effective. I have recommended it to my friends and everyone said that except for the price, everything else is very good. The check in was very lengthy, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and have everything you need inside. The quality of the shampoo..... are very nice. Unfortunately my mum got sick during our stay and we had to book an extra room and added a few nights and they were very accommodating. The location of the hotel is great and a short walk away from the restaurants, shops and beach.

When traveling to Qinhuangdao, I chose the Courtyard by Marriott. Let me share my personal experience. As a five-star hotel in Qinhuangdao, no one was responsible for picking up luggage and driving the door. The front desk had an indifferent attitude throughout the entire process and the service was not enthusiastic. During the stay, the hotel did not proactively provide guests with services that a hotel should have such as turndown service. The person responsible for answering the hotel service phone also had a bad attitude. When the guest mentioned the need for turndown service, he mentioned the hotel's turndown service. A service that can only be enjoyed by Marriott Platinum Cards (after staying in so many Marriott hotels, this is the first time I learned that this hotel’s turndown service is only provided for Platinum Cards. I had never heard of it before. In addition to administrative treatment, the hotel Treated differently than others) and the tone of answering the phone is unfriendly, which makes the guests uncomfortable. The room showed on the Ctrip order that it was equipped with a purifier. The purifier that was delivered for the first time was very dirty. I didn’t know whether it was purifying or contaminating... The water pressure in the room fluctuated, and the toilet in the room was covered by an electric curtain, but it was not covered seamlessly. As the only comfortable outdoor venue in the hotel, can't guests even sit down? ? Since they are not allowed to enter the hotel, why should the lawn be used as a publicity? And can there be a sign at the door not allowing entry? ! Unable to understand! In addition, the hotel has opened a cute pet park, but after looking at it, I found that two rabbits were lame... There was no water or food in the bowl. I hope the hotel will pay attention to the health of the small animals when opening the park... The day after communicating with Ctrip, the hotel's guest relations manager called and learned what had happened. He replaced the purifier and provided corresponding room service and turndown. The next day, there was also a dedicated driver downstairs at the front desk. Door and luggage (I don’t know if I will not be there on the day of check-in) Overall, the experience was not very good, but fortunately there was someone to deal with it. I would like to give a thumbs up to the hotel guest relations manager and the guy wearing glasses and a suit at the front desk! I hope the hotel’s staff management can be strengthened...

Highly recommend! The most convenient location in Qinhuangdao, you can walk to the beach, shopping mall, restaurants, university and have easy access to nearby Beidaihe, Nandaihe or even Anaya. Check-in was simple, the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was large, clean with a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast is also available at the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway - a worthwhile trip even when it’s cold!

This room is not bad. The location is pretty good. The Tiger Rock is very close and very interesting. The front desk is friendly. We wanted a quiet room and we were given two rooms with no other people on the first floor. It was really quiet. (Also , don’t eat at the restaurant they contracted out on the first floor, the seafood is not fresh, you can go to Qingshan Hotel, we had two meals in a row)

Great new hotel. Located in the first row at the beach. Wonderful infinity pool in 11th floor on the roof. But unfortunately only open from 18:00-21:00. Would be better to open it Fortbewegung whole day. The bar, connected to the infinity pool is amazing. Thanks to Danny, our great Bar manager and tender!!!! We have had really a lot of fun with you. The rooms are spacy and modern. For foreigners it would be better to have more information and e.g. menue list in English.
