Hotels in Liuzhuang, Qinhuangdao

The hotel is located at a privileged location in beidaihe. Very close to the birds park, the rave pier, the zoo and it is so cheap to take a taxi or didi to move around to Qinghuangdao. The amenities are very clean and with an upscale style. Breakfast had lots of options and it was simply delicious. A special shout-out to Joey for making our stay the most pleasant and effortless so far. The staff is so kind and friendly with a service attitude. Will definitely come back to stay here.

The first time I stayed at Atour, Beidaihe Atour was in a good location, close to Liuzhuang Night Market, very convenient to eat and drink, and it took five minutes to the beach. The room is not as big as expected, quite satisfactory, the decoration and supporting facilities are a bit old, the TV is too small, but it has no effect, and it is basically not watching TV. Service, very good! Special praise to the front desk Qing also little girl, she learned that our return high-speed rail is 9 o'clock in the evening, the time is relatively late, specially prepared bread and yogurt, let me take the road to eat, people feel warm. I will definitely choose Atour again next time.

The check in was very lengthy, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and have everything you need inside. The quality of the shampoo..... are very nice. Unfortunately my mum got sick during our stay and we had to book an extra room and added a few nights and they were very accommodating. The location of the hotel is great and a short walk away from the restaurants, shops and beach.

amazing sea view room, we enjoyed so much staying on the balcony in the evening. Very good service, everybody was very smiling and our daughter enjoyed so much the stay. We definitely will come back!

When traveling to Qinhuangdao, I chose the Courtyard by Marriott. Let me share my personal experience. As a five-star hotel in Qinhuangdao, no one was responsible for picking up luggage and driving the door. The front desk had an indifferent attitude throughout the entire process and the service was not enthusiastic. During the stay, the hotel did not proactively provide guests with services that a hotel should have such as turndown service. The person responsible for answering the hotel service phone also had a bad attitude. When the guest mentioned the need for turndown service, he mentioned the hotel's turndown service. A service that can only be enjoyed by Marriott Platinum Cards (after staying in so many Marriott hotels, this is the first time I learned that this hotel’s turndown service is only provided for Platinum Cards. I had never heard of it before. In addition to administrative treatment, the hotel Treated differently than others) and the tone of answering the phone is unfriendly, which makes the guests uncomfortable. The room showed on the Ctrip order that it was equipped with a purifier. The purifier that was delivered for the first time was very dirty. I didn’t know whether it was purifying or contaminating... The water pressure in the room fluctuated, and the toilet in the room was covered by an electric curtain, but it was not covered seamlessly. It would be a bit awkward if two people on a business trip lived together. The public lawn of the hotel. I saw that the hotel was advertising a large lawn auditorium that day, so I wanted to go there and take a look. After sitting on the lawn for a while, a fat security guard came and said that entry was not allowed here, not even for hotel guests. Wedding venue, okay, I can understand if someone is setting up the venue or wedding scene that day, but why is there nothing on the lawn that day? As the only comfortable outdoor venue in the hotel, can't guests even sit down? ? Since they are not allowed to enter the hotel, why should the lawn be used as a publicity? And can there be a sign at the door not allowing entry? ! Unable to understand! In addition, the hotel has opened a cute pet park, but after looking at it, I found that two rabbits were lame... There was no water or food in the bowl. I hope the hotel will pay attention to the health of the small animals when opening the park... The day after communicating with Ctrip, the hotel's guest relations manager called and learned what had happened. He replaced the purifier and provided corresponding room service and turndown. The next day, there was also a dedicated driver downstairs at the front desk. Door and luggage (I don’t know if I will not be there on the day of check-in) Overall, the experience was not very good, but fortunately there was someone to deal with it. I would like to give a thumbs up to the hotel guest relations manager and the guy wearing glasses and a suit at the front desk! I hope the hotel’s staff management can be strengthened...

Highly recommend! The most convenient location in Qinhuangdao, you can walk to the beach, shopping mall, restaurants, university and have easy access to nearby Beidaihe, Nandaihe or even Anaya. Check-in was simple, the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was large, clean with a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast is also available at the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway - a worthwhile trip even when it’s cold!

The hotel is in a great location, close to a convenient bus stop and just a 10 minute drive to the seaside . The staff were very accommodating although most of them knew very little English. The breakfast staff were great and the breakfast selection offered a lot of vegetarian options, which you don’t find in many hotels. The room was a great size, just there aren’t any scenic views. The cleaning of the bedrooms could be a lot better as the room I had was very dust and the floor was not cleaned everyday.

This room is not bad. The location is pretty good. The Tiger Rock is very close and very interesting. The front desk is friendly. We wanted a quiet room and we were given two rooms with no other people on the first floor. It was really quiet. (Also , don’t eat at the restaurant they contracted out on the first floor, the seafood is not fresh, you can go to Qingshan Hotel, we had two meals in a row)

Great new hotel. Located in the first row at the beach. Wonderful infinity pool in 11th floor on the roof. But unfortunately only open from 18:00-21:00. Would be better to open it Fortbewegung whole day. The bar, connected to the infinity pool is amazing. Thanks to Danny, our great Bar manager and tender!!!! We have had really a lot of fun with you. The rooms are spacy and modern. For foreigners it would be better to have more information and e.g. menue list in English.

The room was comfortable and the provided hair and skin products were great. However there are no English channels to choose from and the bar at the top was under construction although we did not see any notices saying that it was closed. The main issue we have with this hotel is that they would not hold our luggage for more than 2 hours and we had to pay to have late checkout... which was a prorated price of the room. The hotel was empty and our train was not until the evening. The lobby is small and multiple times other guests would be sleeping on the couches. And the convenience store is locked and you have to scan using WeChat and enter in personal information to buy anything. And then you have to use the system to unlock the door so that you can get out... I stayed at this hotel last year and really liked it. But I plan to stay across the street from now on because the hotel service here was so poor and it seemed like they had never had foreign guest (they couldn't read the passport information or Chinese visa for whatever form they needed to complete). The hotel was much better last year.
