Best Five Star Hotels in Qingyuan

Huge hotel, outdated but still in good condition. Great for families BUT the indoor playground really needed a deep clean, the pool water was full of bugs on a Sat.afternoon (better next morning)and the water in the indoor pool way too cold.Outdoor playground was great, rooms very nice though smelling heavily of damp. Breakfast was fantastic!Staff were helpful wherever we went. I would not recommend the Chinese restaurant or the buffet-do yourself a favour and drive 10min down the main road to a countryside restaurant,where you can eat massive portions of delicious ribs, roast chicken,tofu,veg,etc.Generally,we had a nice stay and would come again but the things I mentioned above really need to be taken care of.

I am a business traveler, working in Qingyuan. I am glad I chose to stay at the mayland resort vs at a chain international hotel. The mayland is full of character. Rooms are big and comfy. Hotspring access is included. Even a quick dip is a great way to relax after a long day of hard work. Nicest thing for me has been the exceptional service. I especially want to thank Lei Xing and Luo Congyi for being so helpful and attentive to my every need.

We had an absolute great time staying at KHOS for a family trip, just for one night but we enjoyed the hot springs waters at night and the facilities for children during day time. A lot of options to enjoy with family. The staff was great super helpful and nice and the room super nice, very spacious and with nice view. The food was also good but breakfast has not many western options. Overall is a great experience worth the price, great option for a weekend away from the city. I have to say I went during weekday with not many people.

At about 2:10 in the afternoon on February 16, 2024, the waitress at Yanshuangmaiyu Double Afternoon Tea Restaurant had a very poor service attitude and her character was extremely disgusting to the guests. As a service staff who is the representative image of Qingyuan's old brand international hotel , even because of a small request of the guest whether he could change the drink into a cake, he made things difficult for the guest in every possible way. One moment he said yes, the next moment he said no, the next moment he said he could only ask for bread, and the next moment he said he couldn't have cake. He also said that you need to use two loaves to exchange for one cake. Then he said that the bread was also the worst and smallest of the two, and you couldn't choose the other slightly better ones. Then he said that it was originally a gift, what a mess of service, and it was still five stars. The service of the hotel is so troublesome for guests with such small things. Originally, a family of young and old came from Guangzhou to Qingyuan to help your hotel during the Chinese New Year holiday. They were attracted by your so-called five-star brand. The environmental sanitation and service were quite satisfactory before. , I came here happily, especially Ms. Xie at the front desk of the hotel, the room cleaning lady and other services are very good. The service attitude is good, which makes people feel more happy about staying in the hotel. I also left a message of praise for the room. I hope the hotel will become better and better. The better, Qingyuan is getting better and better. I really didn't expect that the last afternoon tea service was so sorry to the guests. The waitress's behavior not only harmed the guests' consumption interests, but also damaged the original good image of your international hotel, and also damaged the entire Qingyuan tourism. Culture, hotel culture, cultural tourism image, the good impression I had on Qingyuan International Hotel, as soon as it passed through your hands and was given by you, has been wiped out by you and I don’t know where to go. It’s disgusting. At that time, I didn't argue with her so as not to disturb other family members and other guests. Otherwise, I would immediately complain to her on the spot. At that time, I tolerated this for the time being. In a word, if you don't apologize to the guest, you won't give the guest one back. Satisfactory reply, I will not stay at Qingyuan International Hotel again in the future. I don’t believe that the hotel allows such unqualified service staff to continue doing things that harm the interests of guests and the image of the hotel without accepting punishment or correction.

歡迎贈飲:可樂、雪碧、啤酒、礦泉水都有～ 設施：衞生間很寬敞，浴缸🛀還挺乾淨的，泡了一下好舒服耶，穿上睡袍溜達到陽台曬曬太陽，看看賞心悦目的風景，美汁汁，冰箱、空調、電視都還不錯～屬於該有的都有呢～ 衞生：馬桶乾淨的，洗手池也比較乾淨整潔。就是毛巾有點粗糙啦，可能是用了有一些時間的原因。 環境：看圖，真的愛了。 服務： 一：我必須給前台小姐姐小夢 好評，超級好評，非常貼心，幫忙升級了房型，安排了視野開闊的樓層，美麗湖景一覽無餘，過年期間，晚上有煙花秀，還非常細心的提醒我可以前往觀看。耐心提醒我吃飯地點，有問題都是第一時間回覆，真的非常滿意！ 二：整體的工作人員都很熱情，主動誇讚我的狗狗可愛，真的是我住過服務態度比較nice的寵物友好酒店啦！ 三：保安大叔也點贊，在我到達酒店停車時，主動上前詢問是否需要幫助，主動和我，和我的小狗狗打招呼，晚上我遛狗，短短15分鐘，看到3次保安騎着摩託車巡邏，整個酒店安保措施也很用心到位了！ 此次旅途短暫匆忙，下次一定再來，好好體驗一下樓下的高爾夫～^_^

First time staying at Qingyuan and choose this hotel. Overall is satisfactory. Only complaint is that my favourite hot tub is small and crowded, locals don’t seem to leave the tub even when they are not using it, and talk too loudly. Sauna and steam rooms temperature has set too high. Due to cold weather we have dinner at the Chinese restaurant for 2 nights, and satisfying on both occasions, food was good, service was good, and reasonable prices. Difficult to call taxi though if you want to move around.

The room is so quiet that you can hear your heartbeat with the door closed. You can really sleep in seconds. Compared with the so-called mountain group meals outside (that is, the three outside the gate), the northern Guangdong dishes in the restaurant center in the hotel are too authentic, and the mushrooms alone are several grades higher than those of the restaurants outside. It is strongly recommended to have Chinese food in the hotel, and the price is no different from the small villa outside the door. The included sports center ball games are also very good, and the badminton court is also great. Seeing the staff wearing the thick coats of Evergrande Football School, there is an inexplicable intimacy. The temperature of the outdoor hot spring at night is suitable, the water temperature is about 42 ℃. When the outdoor temperature is about 10 ℃, the children did not feel cold after playing for more than an hour. Looking forward to picking a sunny day next time to see the stars in the sky.

The first choice hotel for family travel. I also came here to take a stroll during the National Day. Who knew this hotel was beyond my expectation? It’s just off the highway. I’m very satisfied. Looking forward to trying hotel dining next time

This is a hotel built by the Brother Group and built with a five-star standard. The new hotel is clean and bright. It was raining that day. It was possible to check in at 2 o'clock. When we arrived at 4 o'clock, the guest room had not been cleaned yet, so one of us was given a rest. There are only three check-in and check-out counters at the front desk. There is not enough staff and the management is not familiar. I was dissatisfied at the beginning, but I still had a big change in the hotel later. One is sanitation. There are two people cleaning and cleaning each room, because we have one room next door. My mother-in-law observes them cleaning and is very satisfied with their work. The overall design style of the hotel is fashionable, novel, modern and artistic, and the location is good. The twin beds can see the view of the Ferris wheel. There are enough parking spaces, and the hotel facilities are intelligent, with smart toilets and curtains. The breakfast was great and the quality was good, except for the lack of staff during peak hours, many had to wait in line. But the things are really fresh and delicious, and they are also packed in boxes for customers who can’t finish eating.

Room: Except for the carpet being a little dirty, the overall sanitary environment is quite clean, and the bedding and towels and bathrobes are also washed very clean. The auntie in the indoor hot spring pool also cleans it very carefully. The room has slippers, bathrobes and toothbrushes for children, which is very considerate. Service: The service attitude of both the front desk and the health aunt is very good. When fireworks are set off at night, the hotel manager will let the guests enjoy the fireworks while constantly reminding them to pay attention to safety. When you meet the staff on the street, they will say hello warmly. There are also small gifts given away when leaving the store. Food: Breakfast is mainly Cantonese-style dim sum, which is quite rich. The food in the restaurant is also delicious, clean, and the price/performance ratio is reasonable without huge profits. There are welcome fruits and snacks every day, which is very nice. If we provide pet welcome snacks to guests with pets in the future, it will definitely make more guests feel warm. Facilities: The public hot spring is very clean. After breakfast at 9 o'clock in the morning, I took a walk to the hot spring area. The staff were cleaning the pool, and I found out that they changed the hot spring water every day, which was a plus. There are also many outdoor entertainment facilities on the lawn, and the hotel is pet-friendly, so you don’t have to worry about your furry and naughty children running out of games. It is worth coming again. I hope to ensure the quality and bring a better stay experience to our customers!
