Old shabby hotel catering to visiting local tourists, mainly. If you're a foreigner, the drivers of the cabs waiting outside the Hotel will rip you off 20-30 yuan unless you pay attention to the meter and immediately yell at them in case of overcharge. (Almost) noone at the check-in desk speaks English unless you chance on a manager. There're two teenage consierge boys at the main entrance, who boss the incoming patrons around and tell them how to live. The restaurant prices are on a par with those at Shangri-La hotel, but with far fewer choices and lower in cooking quality. The only BIG advantage if you're a swimmer like myself: a former German ”Kaiser” swimming beach is right accross the road. It's now callled ”Bathing Beach 1.” Awesome for doing non-stop laps for an hour. And even then: you can easily get to the beach by metro from any other Qingdao hotel. Just get off at Huiquan Square (Line 3) and come out through Exit C.

I had the pleasure to stay at the Haiyi sailboat hotel. I must say that the hotel is perfectly located between the Qingdao big mall and Padaguan all of this right on the beachside. The hotel is brand new, the staff is very professional and making sure you are not missing anything. I've been to several other hotels in Qingdao, but it was the most satisfying hotel. First of all, I would like to thank ☺️Crystal Zhao. ❤️❤️❤️She continued to let us know and help us through WeChat during our stay. She also accommodated our special needs and assigned us rooms on the highest floor. Also, knowing that it was our anniversary, decorated the rooms beautifully. Also, it was useful to send information on nearby tourist attractions and good restaurants through WeChat. Basically, the service and mindfulness of are excellent. 1. Location: The location of the hotel is really nice. There is an ocean right in front of you, so you can take a walk in the morning and evening. At night, the light shines on the surrounding buildings, so the night view is beautiful. The nearby tourist attraction is not far away, so you can take a taxi in about 10 minutes. 2. Room Condition: The room is clean as it is a new hotel. I used it well because there was an air purifier. The amenities are sufficiently set up. It is convenient to control the curtains and lights. 3. Breakfast: It was nice to have a meal while looking at the sea at the restaurant, and I could eat Chinese and western styles. The instant noodles and huntun were delicious. It was convenient to make coffee and bring it to me right away. 4. Swimming Pool: I liked the swimming pool the most in this hotel. It was comfortable because I could swim while looking at the sea and there were not many people. The people who work in the swimming pool are really nice. I asked them to take a picture because I was alone, and they were willing to take it, so I appreciate it. If I come to Qingdao again, it is a hotel I want to come back to.👍👍👍

位置在老城區，周圍氛圍很文藝，離小魚山5分鐘走路，出了酒店下個坡就是魯迅公園，酒店門口有白敬亭關曉彤拍照同款地方，服務員小哥哥小姐姐都非常nice，還有兩衹親人可愛的小貓咪～ 我參觀了幾間房設計的都很好，有露營ins風的感覺～本身建築又是歷史悠久德國式老洋房。哪裡都好，調不出毛病，已經計劃下次帶孩子來了～ 住的是無想，在一樓，窗户朝向大門。 本來想定無海，景觀無敵，床和浴缸對着大海。 推薦大家來！

首先地理位置得天獨厚，去哪裡都很近，還有停車場，辦理入住的小哥服務態度很好，但是我訂的房間是有浴缸的，我去了之後告訴我浴缸壞了，另外一間房間是沒有窗户的，房間連着衞生間，有一股味道，然後衞生真的不咋樣，真的不值1700，我一住就後悔了

I came here in the off-season and came across it by chance. It is a very nice hotel, like a castle, with its own small courtyard next to the Zisha Museum and the former site of the Governor's Palace. I had tea in the Zisha Museum. A very artistic place. The inside of the hotel is also good, very impressive. It's still a little distance from the entrance to the hotel. Get up early and go climb Signal Hill Park to overlook Qingdao, which is very close.
