在火車站附近的賓館，交通是便利，但是內部環境差，房間衞生差，設定老舊，窗簾不遮光。 公共區域過道燈光昏暗，特別是電梯間人員擁擠、燥熱，前台還搞旅遊包車。 佔著地理位置好，百度上寫着達賓漢白金豪廷大酒店以為是一家大型酒店，設施不會差，但是到了之後大失所望，應該是大型酒店破產分割而成的一個個旅店，維護很落後，在高價位的青島暑期酒店中，雖然價格優惠，但仍性價比低。

房間整體感覺不錯，寬敞明亮，離火車站較近，可以看到海。下樓吃飯方便，離棧橋近，晚上可以看棧橋夜景，性價比高
