With such an environment and service attitude, I really don't know how they manage.

I will never go to this hotel again. The room is small, the hair dryer is not working, the air is very dirty, there are hairs on the ground, and most importantly, the customer service attitude is extremely poor. I have stayed in so many hotels, and I have never encountered such impolite customer service. I will never go there again, it is just irritating. Whoever goes will regret it.

Then there is no toilet paper, the bathroom amenities only have toothpaste and toothbrush, no soap, no comb, well, at that time, I thought I couldn’t ask too much for a price of more than 100 (as a result, I changed the hotel the next day, which is far away from the Licang business district A few hundred meters away is more prosperous and cleaner. All the items are readily available and the price is dozens of yuan cheaper... I am speechless) When I finally finished cleaning the tables, chairs and benches, about 40 minutes passed, and then I found out that the room arranged for me was at the last In the corner, I couldn’t find WIFI, which made me use my computer... I went to the front desk and asked if there was any other network, no! I asked if I could change the room, and said that because I had already checked in, if I wanted to change the room, I would be charged an extra fee for changing the sheets and bedding! It's not my responsibility if the network is not covered by a small hotel? There are so many empty rooms of the same type around, and the worst one was arranged. The basic services cannot be met, and there is an extra charge for changing rooms? Well, I can bear with it. In short, the overall feeling is improvise. If you compare it to Zhuoya where I stayed the next day, the gap is a bit big, and it is more expensive than Zhuoya🙄️

Have lived here more than once. The neighborhood is very close to the subway. Walk 5 minutes to the night market, you can have a snack if you have nothing to do. The room facilities of this hotel are quite complete. Obviously, the location of this hotel is good and the service is good. Hygienic can rest assured to stay.
