As a Ctrip Black Diamond, this is my first time staying in such a rubbish hotel. I can’t say rubbish. It’s like a sx hotel (even rubbish than a hotel). Look at the pictures for yourself. It cost nearly 400 yuan. I decided to stay in Shijiazhuang the next day. The old man's bathing beach, 300 yuan, is not even half a star better than this rubbish hotel. The corridors of this hotel are dirty and messy, and the internal facilities are not as good as a university shared bathroom. I was asked to pay a deposit, but they didn't give me a refund four days after leaving the hotel. I asked After a while, they told me to cancel it, but in the end I found Ctrip customer service and it took a long time before they refunded it to me. I was really disgusted. As someone who stays in hotels for more than half of the year, I would like to warn everyone that whoever stays in this hotel will be s13. Don't step on thunder.

The environmental facilities inside are okay

在這家住過很多次了，每次住酒店基本上都會住這家，酒店的位置很好，很方便，而且在這邊看電影感覺也很好，我覺得這是住的最棒的一家影院房，裝修的也很好，房間打掃的很乾凈，缺啥前台很快就可以送來，就是有時候可能在忙需要自己去拿，很不錯了 主要是性價比高

設施老舊，衞生堪憂

高樓層看起來非常。舒服。 服務很周到。 設備齊全，房間比較有風格。

服務：一點也不好，入住時間是12點，12點之前過去跟我們説沒有房間，訂的時候是有房間的，可是第二天過去了就是沒有房間，沒有房間還要定啥，你要是早説沒有房間，我們也就取消了，不訂了，沒有房間讓我們等一個小時説打掃，説是微信上通知我們，可是我們都等了兩個小時了，還是沒有通知，還是去到了之後現打掃了一個才給了我們，服務態度非常差，讓我們在外面風中等了兩個小時你沒有就説呀，也不説，沒有一點好的體驗，無語電梯更費勁，高區樓層上下都得十多分鐘，來回剛下電梯，上電梯都得快半個小時沒時間，一點兒好體驗沒有，去到房間一股子味

公寓有點像民宿，洗衣機冰箱都有，設備挺全的。音影房體驗感還行，就是寫字樓感覺很老舊，電梯也是。不過是奔着地理位置和投影來的，總體感覺還是不錯的。

態度差，不是24小時服務，千萬別來！晚上12點找他要浴巾，都是敲門了，裏面回了個：來了！然後站在門口不出來也不説話，打電話説休息了要睡覺了……好垃圾！給你錢還看你臉色？我們花錢不就是用來服務的？
