住這麼多次酒店、公寓、民宿，各種類型都住過，走過很多城市，第一次住了一晚以後直接退房了，手續費損失就損失了。第一次見這麼垃圾的民宿，寫着30平米，根本不夠，多大具體看圖片吧。還有特別臟，很噁心，細節拍出來諸位自己看。最垃圾的是窗簾拉不嚴，窗簾盒裝的有bug。青島六月四點多就天亮，反覆被晃醒。而且服務特別差。提前發消息各種不回，到了以後才打通電話，也沒寫入住前台在哪，打通電話以後才知道。總之各種垃圾。第二天換了樓裏的另一家，沒有這家貴都比這家好多了，乾淨，窗簾也能拉嚴。

住了6天，位置很好，地鐵口一出就是了，房間有投屏而且有酒店VIP，很多視頻可以看，但是好像沒有電視直播，熱水器開十來分鐘就沒熱水，洗頭跟洗澡最好分開... 廁所去水口巨巨巨巨臭，是設計問題，衹用了膠紙封口，出個門回來又開始臭，要開水喉放水處理。 臭得我自己買了2個香薰，他們家的是空的；房間有2個吹風機，但有一個是壞的，不知道為什麼不收走；浴室的乾濕分離是壞的，開水散渠味時水會流出馬桶區，去個廁所腳永遠是濕的，還沒提供地巾; 要求打掃，早上1025通知客服，一點半還沒來，説是按流程一般下午3-4點清潔，除了位置和有投屏，一切都很差，門都是壞的，不反鎖好的話有時會彈開，很沒有安全感; 隔音很差，樓上樓下開水/沖廁都聽得清清楚楚

第二次住了 真的很滿意 首先非常方便 地鐵口就在樓下 地鐵電梯連五十米都不到 馬路對面也有很多商鋪 前台姐姐人超好😭😭😭有求必應 衞生也很乾凈的 還有冰箱洗衣機這些 密碼鎖很安全 點外賣也很方便 青島很美！斯維登很好 大家快來吧～

這是我住過離地鐵站最近的房子，出門走20秒就到地鐵站口！公寓是密碼鎖，裏面可以反鎖，房間乾淨整潔，房內有免費礦泉水，冰箱還有洗衣機，出去玩一天回來可以直接把衣服放洗衣機，晚上夜景很好看！前台小姐姐也都特別好，尊嘟很喜歡！

距離市中心近，一下酒店就是地鐵站，地理位置非常好。而且附近找吃的也很容易，肯德雞、賽百味，還有很多的海鮮燒烤跟火鍋，唯一的缺點就是酒店太火了，等電梯要等比較久尤其是退房的時候。
