The location is behind the former governor of Jiao'ao, with a small independent courtyard, which is very quiet. It is very close to many attractions, and basically walks every day. The owner, Uncle Sun, is super nice. He only grabbed the ticket the day before May 1st, so he quickly contacted Uncle Sun. Uncle Sun tried to help solve the problem of accommodation on May 1st. Uncle Sun also helped clear mines and introduced related routes. This trip has a good impression of the people and scenery of Qingdao, happy!

房東孫叔人很好很貼心，有去火車站接我，還給介紹沿途景點，大套房挺大的，一個人住綽綽有餘，位置離火車站很近，去哪裡都方便，基本上都是步行幾百米，要離開還送了紀念品。

太完美了，這個家庭旅館太完美了。房東孫叔非常熱情好客，專門從青島站來接我們，然後一路上給我們介紹青島的風景人文歷史，還給我們推薦了很多方便的遊玩線路，然後還放了地圖在房間裏方便我們翻閲，孫叔還給我們帶了當地的特產和紀念品，非常非常用心；其次旅館房間裝修非常好，而且設施非常完善，甚至還準備了充電寶等非常有用的小物件,讓人倍感温馨，很有家的感覺；再説説旅館的地理位置吧，旅館的位置非常好，離大教堂棧橋還有總統府那些的都特別近，地鐵站走個幾分鐘就到了，離青島站走路也衹需要花12分鐘左右，很方便；最後再説説房間的環境，房間裏面被套啊枕頭啊，都非常乾淨，沒有一根毛髮，而且睡得很舒服，洗漱間的衞生也非常好，沒有任何的蜘蛛網小蟲子，然後我們住的小套房外就是一個小花園，小花園裡的花草長得都非常漂亮，而且拍照也很出片，偶爾出來也可以看見一衹叫二毛的貓咪，非常可愛。住了兩天，走的時候甚至有些捨不得，因為實在是太好了。總之，下次來青島，我們一定還會選擇孫叔家。

房間裝修整體是民國復古風 很好看 床單被褥都很乾凈 民宿位置就在老城區 距離各個景點都很近 走路就可以到達 最主要是房東孫叔叔人超級好 提前兩天就聯繫告訴怎麼過來了 當天還到地鐵站來接我 路上還介紹了各個景點怎麼走怎麼玩方便 早上還給送來了青島大澤山玫瑰葡萄 特別好吃 熱情的房東叔叔給人一種家人的温暖 很不錯 下次來還住在這裏！

房間很好！睡得很舒服超級安靜！
位於老城區，出門就可以看景色。前面就是德國總督府舊址。去哪都很方便。
孫叔也很熱情！主動來接，走的那天怕我們趕不上車，過一會來提醒一下。無花果也很好吃😊
