這個地方相當於是把療養院當成賓館對外經營，搜了一下百度顯示：青島八大關錦綉園酒店是由山東省委、省政府投資，山東省青島療養院興建、由榮獲國際“五星鑽石獎”的海天酒店管理公司協助實施現代化管理，是集療養、商住、餐飲、娛樂、會務、旅遊於一體的海濱花園別墅特色酒店。
實際上別墅區的這個完全就是療養院當成賓館在對外經營，跟百度裏顯示的差太多了，完全不是一個級別的，也不知道這有沒有獨立的營業執照，賬入到哪裡了。房間裏面的設施很陳舊很廉價，房間也很小，最主要地面竟然還有棉簽等垃圾，枕頭也黃黃的，看着就鬧心，880的價格就這種水平，真不知道當時投資的錢都用到哪了，瓶裝水每天還固定兩瓶，這次來是山東真的是大開眼界了，好客山東真不知道是怎麼傳出來的，青島景色真的好，其他的方面真的是差強人意！

非常獨特的體驗，其實是高幹療養院閑時對外營業，地理位置優越，帶娃玩海灘很近，可以和人流高峯錯開。院子別緻，清凈隱悠，開窗有陣陣桂花香，娃很喜歡。劣勢是床品確實無法和星級酒店相比，特別是床墊比較硬，枕頭彈性非常一般，被子也不是鬆軟型的，對床品有要求的話慎選。
