房間和圖片效果嚴重不符，房間很普通，衞生比較差，牆上都是腳印子，廁所全是黃色的污垢，外部設施也一般。
床單被套不乾淨，枕頭裡麪全是黃色的污漬。

總體來説一般，應該是前台通知退房後保潔在打掃衞生，但我們還沒退房保潔就進來還把我們兇了一頓，説我們到點不知道退房嗎，我們有不是不給超時費，説的很難聽，連這點素質都沒有嗎，而且當時還沒穿衣服門都不敲就直接進了真噁心
