房子本身非常好，乾淨舒適，物品齊全，房東也很棒，每次都很快回復，家庭出遊很適合，不過去市區比較遠，在這附近玩玩還是挺好的，停車建議停路邊，物業的大叔比較煩，每次停車進車庫都要説好久……運氣不好，遇上了鄰居裝修，不過房東的處理還算滿意，㊗️生意興隆～～

這是我見過最棒的沙灘了！
民宿離海邊非常近，城市陽台、海軍公園、青島小棧橋這些景點也都在海邊，玩起來很方便。
去了金沙灘，感覺沙子沒有這邊好，房東給提供了帳篷，旁邊很多在燒烤，小朋友在海邊玩了一下午，大人在帳篷裏20多度的氣温太舒服了。晚上去坐了摩天輪，夜景很棒，交通也很方便，地鐵就到了。
