The hotel stay was excellent for our family staycation since it had everything we wanted - pool, SPA, restaurant for breakfast and dinner, playground and garden. Room itself was well kept. Felt a little dated but not in a bad way. Just not a modern style interior. Location is good if you don’t aspire to travel far away in Qingdao.

The room is not bad, there are some, quite satisfactory. There are three points that make me uncomfortable: First, when I went to check in on the first afternoon, we all went to the front desk. The waiter at the front desk didn't say a word of greeting, and didn't make us feel enthusiastic at all. The gap is too big than other hotels before. The second is that after I checked in the room, I found that the phone could not be used. I had to call the mobile phone and let the front desk send someone to check. I found that the phone line was not plugged in at both ends. The third is that the remote control is oily, and the leather cover of the remote control is also. I don't know what it is. The waiter explained that it was done by the last guest, but don't you have to check these items after the guest checks out? Don't you have to do hygiene?
