A really good trip away with friends and two dogs. At arrival my friends were given a welcome pack for the dogs and the receptionists were helpful. The restaurant has a good selection for breakfast and the staff polite and very accomodating.

前台服務員沒啥笑容，兩個平台訂的房間，一間有水果，一間沒，電話問了前台説定的平台不一樣，也就一份水果而已，可以變通，畢竟是服務性行業，不能這麼死板，還需要加強培訓

攜程買的套餐，很方便，可以拆開使用。酒店環境很優美，適合渡假，約友。設施齊全，衞生狀況很好。服務周到，前台服務到位，專門將我們送到房間，因為酒店比較大，第一次確實會迷路。提供了延遲退房服務，有歡迎水果和晚上營養湯。周邊還有一個很大的公園，以後來還會選擇你們酒店。

跟女朋友談了十年的異地戀，因女朋友工作的原因，輾轉去過很多地方，這次為了見女方家長第一次來啟東，這家酒店就留下深刻的印象，無論外面風雨有多大，這裏温暖地就跟家一樣，一個人在房間緊張到坐立不安時，會突然有來自酒店一份暖心的例湯送到你身邊以及精心準備的水果，我定的不含早餐，前台Qi小妹妹還給貼心地送了早餐，甚至傍晚時候，她還端着一個用保温杯乘着的湯羹和湯勺給我專程送到門口，真是把我本來旅途忐忑的心暖化了。另外停車，院子和地下停車場車位很多，隨便停，不收錢，最後説下環境，處在一個很美的公園裡頭，客房中心還有個很大湖泊，甚至，晚上11點，你倘若開着窗户，可以聽見陣陣的蛙聲，伴隨着你入眠。

前台服務周到、熱情。酒店設施不錯，也很豐富。蝶湖公園就在對面，走步道很漂亮，繞湖一週大約一個小時左右。

酒店外部看起來高大上（據説最便宜的房價400元在啟東也是最高的），其實裏面完全不符合，首先服務就不到位：1、我晚上10點要回2號樓房間，因為離酒店前台距離遠，但是燈都不開摸黑找路？？2、好不容易回到房間裏，床頭的電燈開關有一半是壞的？？3、酒店內部很多空地，空空盪盪的感覺像是廢棄了！哈哈哈

酒店為我們升級了套房，空間很寬敞，客廳的簡約風與卧室的温馨風很得人心，特別是那寬敞的大浴室，還配有一次性浴缸套，乾淨衞生，簡直就是大愛，落地的窗，早有日出，晚有落霞，位置真的很不錯，選在節假日的時間來，價格也是很實在，適合入住。
