A really good trip away with friends and two dogs. At arrival my friends were given a welcome pack for the dogs and the receptionists were helpful. The restaurant has a good selection for breakfast and the staff polite and very accomodating.

從未有過如此差勁的入住體驗，作為一家星級豪華酒店，提供的品質服務和現有的硬件設施完全與品牌形象和他的價格不符，希望大家避坑不要踩雷:1.首先説一下酒店的服務，8月24日晚值班前台的服務態度傲慢，對待顧客提出的合理訴求不能及時處理，給顧客擺臉色。外賣衹能自己出門去取，無法送到房間；2.浴室衹有浴缸下有排水，其他地方沒有多餘的排水口，也沒有通風系統，地面有水不幹導致大半夜起來上廁所摔了一跤，真的是特別生氣；3.住的房間共有3處USB接口，但有2處是壞的，無法正常充電；4.進住的都是旅遊團和培訓團隊，早餐吃的很差，人多了就吃不到東西。感覺他們這麼高的評分都是花錢買來的。

疫情期不能遠行，於是在攜程找了這家想在酒店享受一下週末。未曾想體驗感極差，是我住過最差的酒店！説是五星級沒有wi-fi，真是可笑，讓我們電腦手機睡覺💤！看着環境不錯才定的酒店無語至極。酒店空調設定好，怎麼也調不了，悶的要命！自助餐根本沒東西吃，又沒網，周圍也沒有什麼東西，天天在酒店吃飯，自助餐又貴又難吃。哪是度假，折磨，此生不會再來！

酒店還是不錯的，作為寵物友好酒店服務非常好。週末我訂不到寵物房，衹能先訂了普通的房間，打電話到酒店，二話不説就幫我安排了。check in的時候，服務小哥哥全程幫我牽着狗子，房間離開大堂有點遠，🐶走到一半不肯走了，小哥哥又把她抱到房間。環境也很好，有個巨大的草坪，還有池塘和錦鯉，🐶玩的很開心。就是早餐有點一般，不知道是不是去的晚了，感覺沒啥吃的，品種不太多。

室內外環境設施不錯，很適合休閑度假及親子入住。感覺在佈局規劃設計方面似乎有所缺陷，客户樓與大堂有一小段距離，但駕車入住至樓前，沒有考慮相應的停車位並帶來明顯的不便

攜程買的套餐，很方便，可以拆開使用。酒店環境很優美，適合渡假，約友。設施齊全，衞生狀況很好。服務周到，前台服務到位，專門將我們送到房間，因為酒店比較大，第一次確實會迷路。提供了延遲退房服務，有歡迎水果和晚上營養湯。周邊還有一個很大的公園，以後來還會選擇你們酒店。
