I had a lot of fun taking ski lessons, sledding, and swimming with my two daughters. I got in quickly thanks to self check-in and check-out,👍 As I was assigned to a room in the Orange building, the road to Snow Village was very long. I had a great time sledding. My second child said it was difficult on the way todayㅜㅜ For my 4th grade child's first ski lesson, I met a good instructor and learned the basics well^^ I got the room at a cheap price, so it was better than I expected. I didn't think much of it because it was a place to sleep. The convenience stores nearby were very good^^ It was a very fulfilling family trip for 3 days and 2 nights.

This is a good value for money hotel that is attractive enough for our family who likes to swim. It's not flashy, but the price is very reasonable. (Kids cafe, train rental system, sheep feeding experience) Children play well, and the site is much larger than expected, and the space for walking and playing with children is vast. I fed the sheep and the children were really satisfied. I plan to go again.

Staff can speak good English and service from the staff was commendable. For one night stay is ok, but not longer than that. No housekeeping service, but they are happy to get you small clean towel if you request. Will not recommend

The location was good and it was very clean and nice. It felt more spacious than other hotel standard rooms. The staff was friendly and quick check-in and check-out were good. However, I wish there was a mirror in the bedroom as well as the sink. I guess I'll have to try breakfast next time. I checked out early so I wasn't able to use it this time.

The front desk, which shows the classiness of the hotel, also has one female employee checking in... It's disappointing in many ways. As someone who knows the hotel's condition before Corona, I'm very disappointed.

38 equilibrium is not bigger than I thought. The facilities are generally out of date but clean and good for short trips. It was great to see attractions such as Bongpyeongjang, Lee Hyo-seok Literary Museum, and Herb Farm nearby. But if you make a reservation on Trip.com, it's a bit inconvenient. The phone number wasn't delivered properly, so I wanted to replace my room. There are no reservations on Trip.com and no reservations are made on the phone. Not this time, not last time.

The place is good, 7 minutes to ski and has a supermarket and eatery place nearby. Honestly the room is nice, with cooking facilities but the owner was not friendly at all. The toilet was stuck and leak they came with only the plunger and ask us settle ourself. Is winter and we came with kids, the kids built a snowman and they destroyed the snowman after we went for ski trip. We are a group of 10 and we wanted to cook our dinner. There is a small hut with table and chair and BBQ facilities, we ask to BBQ facilities (We are willing to pay, 10,000 won as stated) but she said is winter so we can’t use the BBQ pit, ended up we use the stove to cook up the meat. The husband and wife came in to the huts and told us we can’t do BBQ but we explained to her we just cook the meat and we didn’t do any BBQ. We left the place with cleaner than we came in. I have to WhatsApp her and show her the place is cleaned. The warn us that we must left the place by 1am but in fact all of us finished eh 9.30pm every day since we are tired from Ski. During the last day, they came to us and I was thinking they come and say goodbye but they just make sure we throw every single piece of rubbish outside the house. My husband wear shoe and just step to take our luggage and the owner insist us to take out the shoe before we went in to the house. Although we have explained, we just step in and take the luggage and go, he insisted us to take out the shoes. I have been travelling all around the world and we do understand every cultural is different but as the operator of tourist industry, the owner has to be service minded. If you can’t accept any international travellers then please do not list your place in any platform or put up a notice that international tourist is not permitted to stay there and we won’t book accordingly. Is such a shame to see this happened to us after our 5th trip to Korea and our 3rd trip to Pyeongchang for ski.

As soon as I arrived on the first day, the car was spread and I arrived at the end of the taxi and checked in. I slept well After checking out, I walked to the Senate to carry my carrier bag, so the boss asked me to leave my luggage and take me to the innji station to the old Buic. Thank you very much. It was a tight situation because the car was spread out and the foot was tied up in the outside, but it was a little hard to care and take care of, but it seems to be a memorable trip. I made a night trip to Gangwon Province, so I made a reservation in a hurry and entered late in the evening and couldn't stop by in detail. The entrance was dark on the night road, so it was a bit hesitant. The counter staff kindly responded. The room was clean and warm and I went to sleep well. There is no convenience store in the hostel, so you have to buy it in advance at a convenience store 5-10 minutes drive away.

The hotel is located in a mountain, very quiet, just like the castle in a fairy tale. The wooden house is very dreamy. The service is super good. It helps to arrange the routes around and call a taxi. The place is good, 7 minutes to ski and has a supermarket and eatery place nearby. Honestly the room is nice, with cooking facilities but the owner was not friendly at all. The toilet was stuck and leak they came with only the plunger and ask us settle ourself. Is winter and we came with kids, the kids built a snowman and they destroyed the snowman after we went for ski trip. We are a group of 10 and we wanted to cook our dinner. There is a small hut with table and chair and BBQ facilities, we ask to BBQ facilities (We are willing to pay, 10,000 won as stated) but she said is winter so we can’t use the BBQ pit, ended up we use the stove to cook up the meat. The husband and wife came in to the huts and told us we can’t do BBQ but we explained to her we just cook the meat and we didn’t do any BBQ. We left the place with cleaner than we came in. I have to WhatsApp her and show her the place is cleaned. The warn us that we must left the place by 1am but in fact all of us finished eh 9.30pm every day since we are tired from Ski. During the last day, they came to us and I was thinking they come and say goodbye but they just make sure we throw every single piece of rubbish outside the house. My husband wear shoe and just step to take our luggage and the owner insist us to take out the shoe before we went in to the house. Although we have explained, we just step in and take the luggage and go, he insisted us to take out the shoes. I have been travelling all around the world and we do understand every cultural is different but as the operator of tourist industry, the owner has to be service minded. If you can’t accept any international travellers then please do not list your place in any platform or put up a notice that international tourist is not permitted to stay there and we won’t book accordingly. Is such a shame to see this happened to us after our 5th trip to Korea and our 3rd trip to Pyeongchang for ski.

The exterior of the villa all the way to the room iis extremely run-down and in need for a repair. The room while is ok clean, furniture and toilet are very dated. Staff can speak good English and service from the staff was commendable. For one night stay is ok, but not longer than that. No housekeeping service, but they are happy to get you small clean towel if you request. Will not recommend
