This hotel was dedicated to kids ..it has a lots of playground indoor and outdoor for free.the view from room was spectacular amazing and this hotel area was huge..it has mini zoo,sled area,camping zone and lake ..the only hotel in town ..better than Ramada ..

While playing at a kids cafe, I happened to find out that there was a Children's Day event.
I asked the Kids Cafe staff several times where the magic show was held, but they kept telling me the wrong place, so I ended up watching it late.
There was no guidance at the front desk when checking in, and there was no text message notification of the event to guests in advance, which was disappointing.
I stayed in an ondol room, and although the mattress wasn't soft, it was nice because the floor was warm!

We went to Pyeongchang for our wedding anniversary trip. Kensington is famous for being kid-friendly, so it was great to travel with children. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is delicious. I was satisfied with the experience of feeding the animals.

The Kensington Pyeongchang Hotel in the snow country that embraces the spirit of Odaesan language

I think it would be great for families with children, especially since there are specials for children.
PyeongChang Olympics souvenirs and interior props are also on display.
It was good to remember the glorious PyeongChang Olympics.
The rooms were clean and I would have regretted it if I didn't eat breakfast.
I realized why it was popular
Korean and Western food is clean and delicious. This is my first time eating such a generous breakfast.
The staff, with their smiles and friendliness, were better than those of a five-star hotel in Seoul.
