Stayed at other Bahia Principal's (same location ) in the past. This was a last minute booking. Large rooms, great dining options, cant beat the value.
Shuttle to/from beach if you dont want the nice walk.
Easy and quick check in and out.

My stay was pleasant with a few inconveniences. The biggest were the mosquitos. They were everywhere and relentless. My father had to complain to management to the point where they had to fumigate that same day. The food was not great for this particular hotel - turquesa. The buffet was small and limited. We did not have access to other buffets. Unlike other resorts where there is no limit on the a la cart restaurants (usually based on reservation availability) this resort place a limit of 1 a la carte restaurant reservation if staying for 3 nights or less. The entertainment at the pool and at night at the lobby was superb. Love the young lady who was the head of entertainment. She had a short hair and very nice. I forgot her name.

The entertainment staff worked exceptionally hard & we're always happy they never bullied you to join in, unfortunately a lot of the other staff struggled to even smile some were just rude especially in the food areas. The pasta lady really did pick & choose who she would serve!
The hotel room could do with a renovation the room was very tired as were the bedding & towels. Hardly anyone spoke English so if that's important to you it could be a minus. There were plenty of pool areas to pick from but if you wanted a beach space you would need to get up early there seemed to be no sun beds with out towels on by 8.45

This resort!😍😍😍. Stole our heart definitely my partner and I enjoy the staying at these beautiful and amazing resort. They have so much fun the food, the staff we got to celebrate his birthday and he was Tom by the way they did it with so much detail definitely going back for our honeymoon. 😍🙏

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in, this resort claims to be “all inclusive” but they have limitations on how many restaurants you can visit, and how much food you can order. The hotel lobby itself is nice but the rooms are extremely outdated, the walk to the beach is about 10min of walking on only road. On the bright side there is a shuttle that comes about every 5min but good luck trying to get a seat and having a driver who doesn’t get into accidents

Average property and experience. Lots of mosquitos, cheap rum and not the best service from the staff in Punta Cana. The rooms are outdated and smelly. Shower head was clogged, complained and no one showed up. The property is far from everything (others hotel in the property). I would advise to pay a little extra and go to other hotel.

Property was good but buffet were terrible and you pay al inclusive for nothing becase once you there they will limit everything. I am so disappointed and I would never visit it again.
