差評！欺騙消費者，我已經被騙三次。
這是我第三次在網上預訂房間＋早餐，到前台後被告知：廚師請假，沒有早餐，衹有“簡餐”。所謂的簡餐，就是一盒價值2.5元的優酸乳（廉價的乳飲料，連純牛奶都不是），外加兩個市價約2.5元（絕對不超過3元）的小麪包。價值加起來不超過8元的“簡餐”。
既然廚師請假，為什麼網上可以預訂早餐，還舔着臉收28塊？如果失誤，為什麼不在消費者到來之前通知消費者？如果是失誤，為什麼我會連續碰到三次一模一樣的情況？這麼巧？我三次來了，廚師都請假？即便真的這麼巧（你自己信嗎？），真的如前台所説有“歉意”，就會在你們大堂隔壁的美宜家那裡，買幾個像樣的麪包和牛奶給消費者彌補，而不是拿個8塊錢不到的所謂“簡餐”來糊弄消費者。
最後我打攜程客服投訴，客服給我退了今天的早餐費，但前兩次，我白白被收了兩次28塊的早餐費，卻吃着你們8塊錢的簡餐，真的是**至極。

房間很老了，地毯很臟，沙發套裂開了還有一邊坐凹了，水龍頭關掉之後會自動打開，研究了半天衹能扭到最右邊才能鎖住。就是一切都太老了。
不過過年期間，整個普寧稍微正規點的酒店就這家最便宜，也沒其他選擇。當晚10點發現沒熱水，打電話去前台説是設備沒問題，可能大家扎堆使用讓我等等。等到12點半還是沒熱水，直接睡了。作為一個廣東人，3歲以後我第一次沒洗澡就睡覺🙃

本來想住商品城附近的，結果去到酒店發現還有挺長的一段距離。入住酒店後發覺酒店樓層不需要刷卡可以直接上去，所有人都可以自由進出。進房間就發現枕頭是破的，床單也有破的地方，圖一床單還有臟臟的黃色東西，洗澡發現圖五的浴巾也是有黃色的東西，根本不敢用，好傢伙洗完澡了看到另外一條浴巾破了個兩個大洞（圖三），住了那麼多酒店沒遇到過這麼垃圾的。一晚200多的酒店我對於環境不敢要求過高，但是起碼房間衞生和床上用品要乾淨整潔。不明白老闆是多缺錢不捨的更換新的床上用品毛巾還是覺得這個根本不是一回事沒必要去處理，因為我看評價也有其他人遇到床單破洞的情況，如果不整改情況服務再好這種酒店不會去第二次也不會讓朋友去入住。
