Eles foram inflexíveis com a falta da identidade física de duas crianças (tínhamos a identidade no celular), estavam acompanhadas dos pais e dos avós. Não pudemos nos hospedar lá, mas outros hotéis da região aceitaram a hospedagem com o documento no celular

Check in desastroso, não tinha ninguém na recepção e a "atendente" ficou fazendo outras coisas mesmo eu estando na frente dela. Nem um "um momento por favor", nada! Funcionária do mês, do ano e do resto da vida dela....
Garagem sem controle nenhum, permitem qualquer bossal estacionar seu estrume onde quiser, trancando a saída dos outros.
