I’ve sent lots of family to stay here as a Portsmouth resident, but I stayed here myself for the first time and was very disappointed. My room had frayed bedspreads and the beds look like they weren’t made, just thrown together. My shower had lots of mold. Very surprised as we usually stay at Hiltons. Will not return.

Room was fine but little things seem to have fallen by the wayside. Bumpers on bed frame gone or deteriorated. Ice buck cracked. Hallway had not been vacumed in a couple days... Mostly little things, but not what I expect from a $150+/night hotel.

looks like new management was kind of disappointing that there was nobody having breakfast. Normally when I’ve stayed at the hotel and you go down at 8:30 it’s packed. that gives me kind of a bad vibe so I ended up going somewhere else for breakfast but the room was clean and updated from the last time I’ve stayed there it’s always in a great location!

The overnight trip was okay. Shower floor was extremely dirty. Bed was uncomfortable, no shampoo in the dispenser. But it was in a very convenient sport downtown.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. 5 stars to all of them!!
The rooms are ok, the pillows have no support and the beds are hard. But it’s very clean, and the location can’t be beat.

I got a room at this hotel due to closeness to the music hall. The walk was minimal but felt totally away and on the r outskirts of any action. The hotel was nice the room was spacey. Pictures looked like what was shown in *******. The fridge was so clogged with it ice didn’t make anything cold that I put in it. The seal to the tub had black hold surrounding it. All it needed was a good tooth brush to get it out. All in all the hotel was decent but the cost was the same as a some of the nicer places around. If you want more action pick another hotel. If you want a quiet place to stay stay here.

we came to Portsmouth to visit my son at UNH - this place is always our second favorite spot to hit along the trail to UNH!! Within walking distance to.... EVERYTHING it's always a place we can be comfortable.
