Terrible customer service! Charge me twice. I had booked and prepaid this hotel via trip.com. When I checked in, I told hotel that we had prepaid. After few days later, I found out that I got charged room by hotel again. I called hotel twice, they said that they will look into it and get back to me. I asked to talk to the hotel manager. They told me that I can leave voice mail on her phone! What’s the customer service??? A week later. No one call me back and no refund. Still waiting for hotel contact me
after 5 days of dispute of billing.
Will never stay there!!

Hotel located very centrally. Easy to get around enjoy the local sights and many shops and restaurants. Room very spacious and well appointed. Nice kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
Families were having a great time at the pool and running all around the hotel. Dogs also out on holiday!
Staff helpful and polite.
Parking in town and at the hotel expensive.

Noise from next room after 10pm was never addressed .
One elevator broken. Very busy

Room and entire hotel was very very clean. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing due to limited selection and poor quality. (Overcooked and dry).

Nice area and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and museum. If you have a car be prepared to valet it, no hotel parking.

The hotel is in a perfect area, quiet, and yet walkable to the town center in minutes. Very friendly staff. Basic fast breakfast options. The room had a few things missing but nothing that changed the stay, I would recommend this hotel I would stay there again.

Over all it was ok. Price a bit high. If you stay more than one night you have to ask for supplies for your room, which was given promptly.
