Great stay, great room, very comfortable, when checking out, took a long time and the rep insulted my football gear cause he wasn’t a fan, kind of odd, but I appreciate one’s loyalty to their team so shrugged it off.

Did not like having to pay for parking. Did like being walking distance from great restaurants and shops. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Made us feel at home.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and cozy rooms with very comfortable bed. It’s downtown Portland, so understand all that comes with that going in, but the hotel itself was great.

Excellent location. Rooms are on the small side but the amenities and service at the hotel really do make up for it. The hotel is next to everything you possibly need such as food and all the downtown hype.

What a great hotel! We were in Portland for NYE and found Hotel Lucia to be a great home base. Check in was fast and efficient and we were upgraded to a corner king room. The lobby is beautiful with interesting art installations and the free evening happy hour was a nice touch. The room was a bit loud with street noise, but that’s to be expected in a corner room in the city. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small, but adequate and very clean. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch. I wish that we had been able to use streaming services on the tv instead of just basic cable, but that’s just nitpicking. And the location was perfect for our needs being walking distance to several music venues, restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again!

I loved how welcoming the staff was so nice to have good customer service! Rooms were nice and clean and they even had someone come turn down the couch bed which was nice!
