Worst service ever!
The hotel service is not as good as a Quality Inn. The credit card was charged without notice. I went to the front desk and asked about it but I didn't know. The Coke vending machine had a price tag of US$0.75, but the credit card was charged US$5.2...
Facilities: The facilities are extremely basic. For the money you received for 5 stars, you received no-star service.

We were able to book a nice room very last minute, and the staff was gracious with us while we checked in really late after our flight in was delayed.
