Serhat, Jefferson, & Anna were amazing! Incredible service & standards with great cocktails to match. The food downstairs w/ Mohsine the head chef created exceptional meals for us. Couldn’t be happier woth the service, food, & especially the cocktails! The white russian, margarita, & French 75 were top notch.

Very nice accommodation. Rooms are spacious and clean Staff are super friendly. The Beachside restaurant serves good food Lucy our waitress was very friendly with a big smile and very professional. Used as land base while scuba diving with Pro Dive PNG

Great place to stay. Staff are super friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant serves good food, and the beachside bar overlooking the bay is a relaxing place to enjoy a cold drink. Anna was very professional and friendly with a big smile to greet us each afternoon. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Ela Beach Hotel had an efficient service. We were served promptly, by friendly Bernard Oka and team. The food was great!! The Chef’s special for the day was a great treat for Mother’s Day evening. Our mothers were treated with a complimentary glass of champagne. We would definitely comeback for another great time here at Ela Beach Hotel, because of the service efficiency, the friendly staff and great food :)

The Salt restaurant's ambience is comfortable and inviting. The food was casual and tasty. Coffee was great! Our server Daian was attentive and pleasant and had a beautiful smile. Parking was ample and safe here. Love the Beach view across the street. Would totally recommend the Salt restaurant.

The staff Lucy attended to us immediately asking us if we were having a meal and gave us the menu. She helped us to decide, then took our order and placed it. The service was fast and our meal was exceptional and we enjoyed it. Lucy was very attentive and repeated for our confirmation. Thank you for serving us. Mary

The staff ( Lucy) that serves us is really approachable. Her smile makes you feel comfortable. Food is good as well. Our group enjoyed the Pizza that we ordered. The coffee and choco are also good. Price is reasonable as well. Overall experience is excellent.

The hospitality and great sense of cheerful and welcoming smiles are heart warming. Mr Bernard Oka is a vibrant and is a good ambassador for the Ela Beach Hotel and the Salt Restaurant in particular. His cheerful personality is excellent so as his service. I recommend his excellent service intentionally.
