Have stayed here many times. Disappointed with the new hard floors, missed having a carpeted room.

First time here since the upgrades, the place looks great for it's age and the beds were very comfy.

It was wonderful. I was disappointed about not having coffee set up in the lobby in the morning. My room only had decaf and when I went to the lobby they did not have it there. It was offered in the breakfast room but at 9:00 AM they were closed. I had a very nice stay. Pool was fun with the kids.

I think the hotel is Fair and in decent shape however it is dated. Our stay was for 2 nights and we did not rent a car so the convenience of the Red Lion is it's close to alot of things. I mean literally walking distance. We would stay there again.

Breakfast was less than desirable. Bathroom had mold. Sink didn't drain. Shower didn't work. Non smoking property yet people at doors smoking. Abandoned cars in parking lot. Carpet loose and ripped on stairways.

We were not able to check into the hotel at 3, they were still cleaning the rooms, after about 30 minutes they ended up giving us a different room.

This hotel needs a complete make-over. The heating unit sounded like a jet taking off. The bathrooms are microscopic. The carpet is like the crazy house at the carnival. The staff, what limited staff I did see weren't very pleasant or helpful. They never answered the front desk phones. I overheard someone giving someone a very loud verbal dress down with the employee only door wide open. Not very professional. I would NEVER stay here again, ever.

On the morning we checked out the staff came to my room and accused us of smoking. My wife and i don't smoke. Just very rude, staff just turned around and walked away. Right after check out time the maid did not knock even though we had a do not disturb sign on or door, just walked in on my wife getting dressed. Breakfast is from 6am to 9am we went down at 830 and there was no food left over and staff said they will not cook anymore. I will never stay at a red lion again!!!!
