Our stay at Hotel Imperial Plovdiv was nothing short of extraordinary! We were there for a week to attend a wedding, and the experience was filled with joy, laughter, and impeccable service. The wedding reception was hosted at the hotel itself, and oh, what a splendid affair it was! Everything was executed to perfection, from the decor to the organisation. The staff were so incredible that we couldn't fault them, even when some of the groom's side got a bit too tipsy before the wedding party. They handled everything with grace and a smile, making the entire event flow seamlessly. The food was a delight to our taste buds. Each meal was prepared with care, and the included breakfast was an absolute MUST. It became our favourite way to start the day, filling us with energy and anticipation for the adventures ahead. And speaking of adventures, the concierge was a gem in helping us explore Plovdiv, a city rich with history and culture. They provided us with a map and insightful suggestions on things to do in the area, making our explorations all the more memorable. We would come back to Hotel Imperial Plovdiv in a heartbeat! Very angry, not polite, not correct and not friendly manager on the reception. I felt unthinkable rudeness here, disrespectful attitude towards guests. For other staff no questions, only the administrator had terrible behavior. Let's hope that someday the administrator will know and feel the humiliating attitude towards himself personally. Perhaps she will be in future a good person, but there are strong doubts about this. Never, never will back to this hotel!

This is the worst hotel ever! We switched two rooms. The first one was with broken air conditioner and it was freezing, I don’t understand how that the hotel didn’t knew about it?! The second one was extremely dirty and the windows were covered with birds droppings! I have pictures, it was disgusting also the bathroom was very very dirty. On the second night at 1:00 am in the morning there a was private party above our room the receptionist told me that from the hotel were trying the loudspeakers. AT 1:00 am in the morning?!?! He was trying different lies he even offered to move us AGAIN at 1:00 am?!?! He told me I can go speak with some man from the hotel stuff upstairs? If I have to that, why the receptionist is even on work? The manager of the hotel was home sleeping… no words honestly. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER WITH THE WORST STUFF. NEVER GO THERE !!!

Perfect hotel for those who come to Plovdiv with the car, because it’s not so close to the center by walk. Wonderful view from the deluxe room. Spectacularly comfortable. Nice restaurant. It has outdoor pool, but we prefer the vip packet from the wellness!! Sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, sala relax and tv : all for you!! It also give you the possibility to rent bikes to go around the city. We had a great experience, so it’s very suggested.

What a wonderful hotel, I could not have been happier with my accommodation selection in Plovdiv. Staff were absolutely fabulous, so friendly & helpful, & with just 11 rooms, it’s a personal, boutique experience generally. The location is hard to beat, in the very heart of the old town & just minutes walk from the Ancient Theatre. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance too. The hotel doesn’t have one, but serves breakfast either in-room, in a sweet basement dining room, or on one of a handful of small outdoor tables. You pre-order the night before from an enticing menu of tasty, creative dishes. I was delighted with my room which was stylish, cheery & light, it was a pleasure to spend time in. Rooms have a mini bar & tea/coffee making, as well as s good range of bathroom products & excellent WiFi. Hotel decor throughout is chic & in great order, fairly new by the looks, & as the name suggests, various attractive artworks adorn the walls. A great choice.
