My wife and I have been traveling to The Royal Haciendas Playa for several years now, we are not members, we choose to vacation here.
We noticed a difference between are visit in April 23 and December 23.
Service from staff that we've known for years, Leo, Oscar, Saul ect, continues to always be outstanding, however we did encounter some puchback when ordering food items from other staff at the Rotonda, telling us its not available?
We noticed the food in the buffet to be very inconsistent including from the menu. My wife had the chicken parm on Sunday and it was really good, I ordered the same dish later that week on Thursday and it was terrible, over cooked and water for sauce.
Were hoping the challenges we encountered are short term do to the recent sale to Holiday Inn, only time will tell.
Will be visiting again in April 24.
