The staff were very kind. The breakfast was wonderful. The carpets felt and looked dirty and there was a smell of cigarette/**** in the halls and our non-smoking room.

Staff was rude when arranging shuttle services. Waiting nearly 1 hour for shuttle service pickup from the airport. Made for an unpleasant experience for our first time staying at this location.

Wow! The night lady staff was the rudest that I have ever encountered before. I had approached the desk after waiting a couple minutes because nobody ead there and she rudely artacked me by saying she onlynwas gone for 2 seconds! Which was so not true!! I had to.come after my own clean towels.
She said that i could have requested housecleaning. I looked forma sign iny room.nut didnt see one. She said when i checked in, i should habe been asked. She had chexkes me in rhe night before and did not ask if i wanted house leaning so i just assumed that i would have fresh towels! Not happy with the service!

The room really needs a deep clean, the walls, floors and shower were dirty, had to get replacement sheets for our bed since the ones on it had bloodstains. The mattress and pillows all need a funeral for sure! The staff, and property including the breakfast were all great, it was quiet considering the place was full for a football game.

Weekend stay to visit Pittsburgh, great location just outside the city with plenty of food and shopping close to hotel. We will stay here again when we come back.

This was my second stay here. My first visit was excellent- clean room, newer facility, friendly staff, comfortable bed. This visit was disappointing- dirty room, uncomfortable bed, noisy.
