The hotel lobby is clean and tidy, with coffee and hot water available 24 hours a day. The service attitude is very good and responsive to all requests. What is particularly outstanding is the free breakfast, which is different every day and is delicious and hygienic. The size of the room is suitable, but the sofa is old and dirty, the lampshade is dusty, and the details need to be improved. The bathroom basin and bathtub are quite clean.

The room is not cleaned unless you stay more than 2 nights. They dont even remove the garbage after the 1st night. The staff if can be found does not disclose this unless you ask them. Staff is not very friendly. Would not stay there again

I normally do not write a review; however, I felt strongly to write this review after my stay. I stayed in this hotel 6 yrs ago and I could tell how downgrading this hotel has become. The noise at night was horrible. I heard the doors closed from other rooms till 1-2AM. Someone was banging in their rooms till really late at night which I was not able to sleep. This felt unsafe in the hotel with some individuals. In one instance, one individual swung hands which hit a teenager female standing behind him. There was no intervention from the hotel staff.

The staff is wonderful and so friendly. The elevator is really dirty and the gym was a mess with broken machines and trash. But the staff were all just so sweet. Gave me extra of what I wanted for the room

Room allocated to me had issue with Main door which doesn’t close all the way. It locks but door has lot of gap. Didn’t give a Security feeling and bathroom door is same too. No vent. Can’t even see the mirror until the steam is gone

The breakfast was horrible and was suppose to start at 7 went down 730 and only thing was grits and loaf of bread no eggs bacon bagels muffins just terrible breakfast

My Goodness I was amazed with how Staff were very kind and willing to help. I did not care much about the room itself although it was pristine. but the Crew that worked both days during my stay were amazing. Plus they shuttle you NOT to the Stadium but close by which was great!!!!
