The first room smelled like sewer and the next one of smoke. There were holes in the walls, the pool was freezing, and it was overall filthy.

Total disaster. Parking lot was not clean off of snow, no heat in the pool room, so door was propped open to hallway which is also a safety hazard. Room was dirty, hair and bugs esp in the corners, tv remote no back cover, paint peeling and splotchy, bed broken and had stuff underneath, microwave door difficult to shut, no chair in room. We were booked for two night, but left and went to a different hotel for the second night. Also completely overpriced. Almost $300 for the two nights (one of which we spent elsewhere).

Fitness room was essentially a construction dumpsite, pool was broken and closed, doors out to parking area did not have working locks, expired food (yogurts) in breakfast area. Guy running the desk was doing his best. Property NOT AS ADVERTISED

The place had outdated and poor-quality furniture. The iron did not work, and the ironing board was about ready to fall apart.

Property wasn’t ready when I arrived. Couldn’t check in until 2 hours after check in time. Could tell that minimal cleaning was done. Had heat set on 85 and it was sweltering hot in there.

The first room we checked into had no heat. Front desk worker told us that we just had to wait for it to warm up. 30 minutes later, we finally requested a new room since the heat was still not working.
We woke up in the middle of the night to find cockroaches running on our bed and on the floor.
We will never stay here again.

The rooms are small, basic, but clean. The breakfast is small, not like other Quality Inns. There are no vending machines, so bring what you need.

Vomit in the hallway; half of the lights, tv and fridge power was out; no shower curtain; overall beat up condition.

Property is located across the street from a twenty-four hour a day ******. ****** clientele appears to wonder around the neighborhood. Hotel has one desk clerk who would offer limited protection to cars and any belongings left in the car. Police presence in Pierre/Fort Pierre appeared minimal.
