Sri Panwa luxury hotel and villa in Phuket is an absolute paradise! From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I was blown away by the stunning views and impeccable service. The villas are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The private infinity pools were a highlight, providing an incredible sense of tranquility and seclusion. The staff at Sri Panwa were warm, attentive, and made every effort to ensure a memorable stay. Whether it was arranging excursions, recommending local attractions, or catering to dietary preferences, they went above and beyond to meet our needs. The resort's dining options were exceptional, offering a diverse selection of delicious cuisines that tantalized my taste buds. Dining with a backdrop of breathtaking ocean views was a true delight. The well-maintained spa and wellness facilities provided the ultimate relaxation experience. After indulging in a pampering treatment, I felt rejuvenated and refreshed. Furthermore, the resort's location is ideal, offering both serenity and easy access to Phuket's popular attractions. The nearby beaches and vibrant nightlife added to the overall charm of our stay. Cape Panwa Hotel Phuket

Wonderful stay at. Cape Panwa Hotel, only wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were exceptional, always willing to help and nothing was ever too much trouble. We only ate for breakfast which was good and twice at The Reef where the food was so well presented and tasted heavenly. The Otter Bar at happy hour is a must, the views are amazing. The lady at the piano in the Otter Bar also needs a mention. Such a lovely person despite having very few people present to hear her play. As we didn’t eat at The Anderman we didn’t manage to meet again The Panwa Trio who played each evening until 9 pm. What a shame they no longer play at The Lighthouse. We remember such brilliant evenings there in the past. Most evenings the Lighthouse was packed. We sang and danced - something we felt was missing at the moment as it is now only open two nights a week as a sort of “sports bar”. Special mention should go to Sandy who looked after us so well at breakfast and lunch times at the beach bar. Such a friendly, caring person who we had met on previous visits and does not change one bit. Other mentions should go to Jennifer - why she is treated as a Trainee is beyond belief. She knows more than most of her so called seniors. Reception staff too were excellent but especially Pinyada who helped us so much in the initial stages. We had a late flight (8.00 pm) but managed to keep our room until 4 pm for a small charge. This was excellent as we had an extra day for our holiday lazing on the beach. The rooms were clean, showers excellent. Took me a while to understand how to change from the overhead shower to the handheld but I eventually worked it out. Directions on this would be a help to us oldies! Plenty of sunbeds so no problems there and the gardens and beach were beginning to look like they did pre Covid. Quite a lot still needs to be done around the hotel (decking) but we could see work was beginning to address these problems which have occurred over the times of closure because of Covid. Thank you once again to all the staff for a wonderful visit and hopefully we will make it six visits in the not too distant future.

Because it was during the epidemic, I have lived here in Phuket without changing any hotels. Generally speaking, there are not many people nearby, most foreigners, hotel swimming pools, good water, rooms are apartment types, and some rooms are equipped with washing machines, microwaves Room health is very good, it is recommended to choose pool view room and sea view room, sea view room is very large. The nearby beach is small and few people. Longtail boats can go out to sea and taxis can bargain. Hotel taxi is more expensive. There are 7-11 next to it, which is very convenient. There are many places to eat nearby. Generally speaking, the taste is similar. There is a small night market opposite the hotel where many locals eat.

Great experience! Wonderful beach at Cape Panwa Hotel (free transfer). Market and cafes near the hotel (can recommend Sabai Sabai). There's a nice massage studio near the hotel - Thai House Spa. Our rooms were in Bay Side wing. For two nights we stayed in a room N330 that I wasn't content as it was different from my expectations based on description and photos (the room was smaller than other studios), but after our request we were given another room (N432) with breathtaking view of the sunset and with enough space for a family of three. Thank you, Kantary Bay!

The facilities are great and room condition was great but the resort seems to get a lot of mosquitoes which is inevitable i guess. But I realized the top part of the door has slight gap where the mosquitoes can fit through into the room. I really enjoyed the pool of the villa and all the facilities (beach, large pool, fitness) Unfortunately I was not able to use the free beach sports (kayak, paddle board) due to strong tides. The breakfast is also pretty okay for the price of the room but could improve compared to some other five star hotels & resorts. Also the location isnt great to get around phuket so i really wished there was a free shuttle to Phuket town or patong.

Booked a stay with the oyo app at a pro price, which admittedly was a cheap price. But when it comes to the staff acting Dissatisfied, speaking together in Southern language, thought that we didn't hear anything, complained, ”How can you reserve this price? It's so bad”, then walked to the counter and complained and acted dissatisfied. We booked a deluxe room but gave us a standard room at Very bad. The lamp hung almost to the head of the bed. How can I sleep? So I came out and asked if there was another room. So he went to look at another deluxe room instead. We were ok and satisfied. ”Can I press the remote control?” At that moment, we were very upset. We are also hotel staff. What the hotel staff should have is service mind here is nothing. and with such bad behavior So we decided not to stay there that night. is to put the key in the room and then decided to book a new room through agoda Got a hotel around Phuket Airport called atomphuket hotel, here we received excellent service. But unlike the panwa guesthouse, we promise that we won't go back there again. Losing mood, feeling lost, wasting time. Finally, we would like to suggest If you feel that oyo is bad, he doesn't pay you. You should break the deal with him. Then you find your own customers. with a price that you are satisfied So that other people don't have to feel bad about your bad actions. Like we met this time
