Patong Beach Phuket|0.05km from Julllia Restaurant
This place turned out to be a complete disaster. By no means an apartment hotel. Just an apartment complex with absolutely no in-house ameneties with two *****s sitting at reception to handover the keys to you and don't even bother to escort you to the room at the time of check-in. These *****s don't even know how to talk to guests in a polite way. Even my illiterate housemaid behaves in a much nicer way. No glass partition between the restaurant kitchen and seating - making the entire ground floor smelly with seafood frying. Strictly no for pure Indian vegetarians who are not used to such smell, otherwise go to the restaurant be ready to puke. Our son almost did and ran out of the building. In a small, so-called 1 bedroom apartment, they have tried to fit too many things. The fact is - everything is good for nothing. The wooden partition between bed and living makes both spaces too small and claustrophobic. Sofa is at 5 feet viewing distance from the 40 inch TV, better you bang your head on the TV instead. Microwave is placed at a height of 6 feet - use chair to climb and see the status of your dish. A small balcony is good for nothing - and housekeeping never cleans it, which makes it full of dirt. No in-room phone, no on-demand housekeeping, no room service. So be ready to make frequent trips to the ground floor reception and nearby 7-Eleven and Family Mart for small small things. No tea/coffee/sugar pouches in the kitchen, bare minimum utensils, hot plate based old style cooktop doesn't give any temperature control. Toaster and tea kettle provided, but neither enough plug points nor enough space on cooking platform to out these. Didn't even provide utensil cleaning liquid and scrubber. No hand towels provided in the bathroom. No hooks to hang clothes. I was pleasantly surprised to see beach towels in the bathroom. My question is - if you are charging like any other 3-star hotel in the area, and can't even take care of such basic things, why are you calling yourself a ”hotel” and charging like a 3-star hotel. Only milky white bedsheets and strong Air-conditioners don't make you a good place to stay. Services, amenities and behaviour do, all of which badly lack in your ”hotel”.

We are here for almost a week and we like everything. We live with a child 8 years old. When settled, they were pleasantly surprised by the nice staff and cleanliness. Clean every day, everything is clean and neat. Noise from scooters in the room is not even heard if the door to the balcony is closed. They are not insects. Bed perfectly clean, towels change every day. In the room every day drinking water 2 bottles of 0.5 and bags of coffee and milk. Free safe. No deposit at settlement. Overall here is great. Close to the market, there is probably the best food. The dishes are the same as in the institutions. Only more choice, everything is fresh and always delicious, and well and cheaper considerably. There we take fruit on the sea. The sea is not far away. Entry and exit from the building by key from the room.

Attentive staff, clean good size room and bathroom, rooftop pool and sauna. Old wooden interiors with certain charm. The one issue was the smell that will not go away dispute the two air refreshers in the room. Keeping the window open and the AC on fixed it for me.

hello. I am a Korean male. I often travel alone. I am leaving this review because I have to be honest. First of all, this room has been converted from a guesthouse to a resident hotel style. 2024/02/01 This is the latest review. 1. The elevator works but is poor. needs inspection 2. The accommodation consists of the 2nd to 5th floors. 3. The elevator can be used up to the 4th floor, and the 5th floor must be accessed by stairs. 4. The space for guests on the second floor is romantic and clean. 5. The boss and part-time workers are very friendly. 6. There is a refrigerator and coffee pot in the picture, but there is not in reality. 7. The water pressure in the shower is very strong, but the water quality is very poor due to lime water. A shower filter is essential. All hotels except this one are the same (Phuket, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya), etc. 8. The room looks very nice in the photo, but I was very disappointed because it was clearly older and looked a little different from the photo above. But it's decent compared to the price 9. I feel very anxious because there is no safe in the room. When I left, the room was cleaned and tidy, but I felt very bad about that. 10. It was very convenient as there was a convenience store right in front of the hotel, local street food, and a wholesome massage shop. It takes 18 minutes to walk to Bangalore Road and Patong Beach. I have always walked, but it is worth walking. I recommend Grab motorcycles as a means of transportation (for individuals). If you are traveling with family or friends, walk. The cost of living in Phuket is very expensive. 11. The soundproofing is not good. I'm not sure about the other rooms, but the room I stayed in was I thought it was a typhoon because I heard the electronic signboard (iron gate) crashing due to the wind, and at night, I heard motorcycle horns and people talking. It was so noisy when I was sleeping that I couldn't sleep well. 12. There was a dryer in the room, so it was very convenient to dry my hair. It seemed to be state-of-the-art, so there was a lot of breeze and it was clean. 13. The bed was common, unlike a hotel. It doesn't feel soft, it's just a bed. 14. On the outside, the bed looks very clean and the pillows are clean, but I was very itchy when I slept. I don't know if it's because of the dust. There were no bugs. But my whole body really itches, so I take a lot of showers. I shook the bed. The boss needs to pay attention to this. There are a lot of customers. I think there will be a lot of influx and regular customers. 15. The pillow was very soft and nice / There was no towel to dry your feet. I remember feeling uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean. There was no unpleasant smell. Anyway, I leave an accurate and honest review. Conclusion: Good value for money, but there are a lot of things to endure. Rating: ⭐️⭐️
