Beautiful beach front . We choose this hotel because we were told Kamala beach is a great for swimming. This beach is definitely very calm in the month of Nov when we stayed . Bring your snorkeling mask ! Book the ocean front rooms the sunset is amazing !!

Alright location, but carefully with booking. Terrible service, booked king size bed for my wife and me and got two beds instead, hotel staff didn’t bother to deal with it. No king size bed, no other room. Very old room, demolished floor and dirty bed / bed sheets. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Luckily Trip.com was very helpful and offered a different hotel immediately.

We booked because of a beautiful bath with the view and it was really cool!
The pool is big too, section for kids.
Breakfast had many options

Reasonable price with full service hotel. Location is good, very quite area. Beach is beautiful at the end of Kamala Beach. Breakfast is exceptional. The staff are well trained. Staff name Poom gave me free upgrade to Ocean view room regarding on my birthday. I received birthday decoration and birthday fruits too. And, the also give welcoming drink! Love it! The sunset view at Roof Top Bar is amazing! Love this hotel so much! Thank you Novotel for the hospitality.

Nice location
Beach is nearly private at far end of the Kamala beach
Service was good and the Christmas event unforgettable
We also have our 2 rooms side by side with inside access between them
Only cons are 1. Only one pool 2. Menu at night would be best with more diversified Thai food and fresh local specialities.
