Overall a good experience that I chanced upon on the day of booking as the hotel is relatively new looking with a nice Mexican bar beside my hotel room. Would recommend to anyone looking for value and nearby to Kamala Beach.

Stayed at 4001, room was great. It comes with out door pool. I called inform the jacuzzi not working, she told me it not not a jacuzzi, it is plunge pool. I said the 2 pumps are not working, she told me it is like that, it is not jacuzzi. They did not even bother come to check. It is like that. Pass by the room 4004, the 3 pumps all working. Was wondering, it is because we book from trip.com. Cheaper rates, give us a room, some functions not working. It is ok.

Perfect for a few nights stay. Nice breakfast, pool and location: rooms are modern and clean.
Only experience is that we found the floors became wet with ac off? And drainage smells

Location is not good as it is very far from where action is! Taxis are expensive to go to Patong like U$20 each way! Need a bugy to go everywhere in the hotel which is not good at all. See is not swimable so u must go far beaches to swim. I will never stay there again for their expensive price.
