Stayed 10 nights in two bungalows (C3 has the best views; B4 is the largest with a spa bathtub). Both were spacious with large balconies. Beds were firm but comfortable. Air-conditioning worked very well (note: some bungalows are fan-only). Wifi available in reception area only (not an issue if you have Thai sim cards). Property is beautifully landscaped with each bungalow feeling very private. Views are stunning, especially from the main reception/dining area. Breakfast buffet was varied and I loved all the sticky rice treats! We ate several of our dinners at the resort and they were all very tasty, especially the papaya/mango salads, the fish, and the curries - thanks to Nono, the chef. Location is secluded - your own transport is recommended. Scooters rentals as well as island excursions and transfers can be easily arranged on site. Resort has its own transport so we relied on this as a taxi service to take us to other parts of the island. Each bungalow has a book with a running tab payable at checkout; card payments are accepted. Most importantly the staff were so kind and friendly. Special thanks to Pond, who has a heart of gold, addressing every issue and request of ours, and treating us more like longtime friends than paying guests.

We had an incredible stay at Esmeralda view. The view is stunning and the breakfast is extraordinary! They use fresh vegetables and fruits from their own beautiful natural garden. The atmosphere is friendly and familial. They own cats and a lot of chickens, which are free to go wherever they like. If you can afford it, go for the deluxe bungalows. They are worth it! Though the beach is not suitable for swimming. If you look for a calm, beautiful place with a lovely atmosphere, this is the place to be! Definitely recommend!

We had reserved for 5 nights, we were able to upgrade our pre-booked bungalow to the deluxe version with sea view for an additional charge. The view is worth every extra charge, you can see the sea from the bed and even the bathroom and there are comfortable loungers on the terrace. The bungalows are on the hillside, with only the sounds of nature all around. We were the only guests the first night and had no expectations of breakfast. But there was a whole buffet set up for us. With various jams, honey (from our own garden), Nutella, fruit (also from the garden), fresh juice, Thai sweets, muesli, egg dish of your choice. At that point at the latest we decided to extend by 3 nights. A good decision. The beach directly below the small complex is not a dream beach, at low tide you can easily go for a walk and watch the many small crabs that quickly burrow into the sand. We took a trip to the beautiful beaches with Mr. No No (cook, driver, man for everything). And we looked forward to the dinner freshly prepared by him every evening. Pond, rightly called Boss, is the helpful and extremely friendly and funny lady at the reception who helps with all matters. We enjoyed the days at Esmeralda View Resort and felt very comfortable and relaxed.

We slept two nights in this incredible hotel. With the cousin, we barely arrived when we were welcomed like princesses. If we like nature you will be served, the place is just magnificent with incredible views. The bungalow is full of charm, perfect for relaxing. They are at the top for excursions for advice and for organizations, they are the ones who organize them all at more than reasonable prices. The breakfast is just amazing for all the choices, and above all everything is fresh!! Lunch and dinner meals are exactly the same, incredibly good, with fruit from their own garden. Truly my favorite from my Thailand for their kindness and everything that goes with it! I can only recommend their hotel 1000000%

Accueil adorable, personnel souriant. Petit déjeuner copieux, frais, varié et délicieux. Les repas sont chers. Nos bungalows vue mer, sympa. Propreté correct, bonne literie mais oreillers durs pour moi. 1re nuit une partie du plafond s'est décollé dans un beau fracas. On nous a changé de chambre, donc tout remballer, redéballer et transporter... Bungalow plus grand "VIP" immense salle de bain avec douche et baignoire (pas vraiment besoin). 4 cintres et pas d'étagères où ranger les vêtements. Et là... La clim fuyait a grande eau, jour et nuit. On devait se charger de mettre des serviettes pour absorber l'eau au risque de glisser sur le carrelage.. Pendant tout notre séjour... Pas cool. On aurait pu, peut être encore changer de chambre !! Aucune réduction de prix n'a été proposée pour les désagréments... Ne pas se fier au mot "resort", qui n'a aucun intérêt ici. Le coin est chouette, calme. Pas de wifi dans les chambres. Nous avions loué un scoot pour explorer l'île et trouver des plages plus sympas. L'eau n'est pas très transparente dans l'ensemble

Un séjour au paradis avec mon meilleur ami. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour tout les guets la nourriture est digne d’un grand restaurant, sans parler du petit déjeuner qui dispose d’un large choix de produits locaux et fait avec une grande générosité par amour. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécier partager la bonne humeur de la réceptionniste et la grande gentillesse du chauffeur.
