Good budget room, no frills. Cleaning every two to three days. The air conditioner worked well, it hangs above the bed, but does not blow on the bed itself - it was comfortable to sleep. The staff was responsive, there was a flight delay, I wrote to the hotel before departure, we arrived at 2 a.m. and they were waiting for us - thank you very much for that! Excellent location, everything is nearby, the sea is 10 minutes walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, 7/11 - all within walking distance. We had a room with a view of the mountains and the river, we slept well.

If you looking for 5 stars experience Glitter House is just for you.This is 3 star guest house led by 2 stars -lovely couple .So quick maths : 3 star guest house + 2 host stars =5 stars experience guaranteed. ;) From very beginning till last minute we felt here like at home.We had great tips where to eat ,rent a scooter from them without holding your passport and trying to mug you as many places in Thailand.Scooter was just few days old and very fair rent price .Hotel itself is situated just about in a heart of Kata .Not on the hill and just few mins walk from the beach.Plenty activities around as well as Night Market open every night until around 11pm. They got only few rooms in offer so be quick -I am sure they will be harder to book with the time as people who stayed here will be booking again! ;) If you will be lucky enough they will offer you some upgrade with is worth to concider as it is situated in a 4 star hotel next to them .You will have acces to big swimming pool .It was a big bonus.Rooms are large ,clean every day to highest standards and drinking water provided.Everything is as new in here and can’t really think about anything to be a downside of our room or service.Ohhh...Maybe there is one bit..It is very hard to find glitter house.Even for local drivers.Navi is showing wrong .Leading you to Ibis hotel.Ask driver to drop you off by this tiny specific roundabout which is on one of the pictures describing Glitter house and save yourself a time . Great time! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights to be close to the pier. Room was quiet and clean. Near many grocery and food stalls as well as a couple different night markets. Owner TinTin was very helpful with whatever we needed. You can rent motorbikes on sight as well as book a tour if desired. Highly recommended!

This is a hotel apartment owned by a personal landlord. Not recommended, not very good 1. If there is no front desk, you need to contact the agent via WhatsApp to get the key. 2. You need to pay a deposit of 3,000 plants to the cleaner! Water, electricity and gas are not included, and you have to pay an additional 800 yuan for room cleaning. The room is not cleaned every day, only after check-out. It’s really a bit of a trap 3. The room is on the second floor, which is actually equivalent to the first floor. The sewer smell in the bathroom is so bad that we can't live in it. I didn’t even ask to change rooms. 4. It’s dark and humid behind the balcony, with no sunlight I won’t stay here again next time!

The room is very nice, we have booked a 2 Bedroom Suite Balcony room, which is a very big room. There are complete facilities. Very good value for money. And another thing is that the 2 key cards are very good. As for the breakfast, the taste is average. Going to the fresh way, probably because most of the guests are foreigners, so they make a medium taste for staying for 2 days, the food menu does not change at all. This one is secretly disappointed, but I like dumplings, waffles, toast very much. The service staff is really good. Can answer questions and recommend everything. The pool is very little people. Unfortunately, not next to the sea. There is a free sauna service. Free bicycle borrow This one is good and I like it very much. Have a chance to go back and stay again for sure
