I highly enjoyed the room itself. Every time I stay I cannot stop raving about the structure of the rooms let alone the BATHROOMS? the walk in shower with a mirror and seat is seriously the most beautiful and relaxing “shower” I have ever seen in Arizona and i’ve been to lots of hotels here. Although they do not have a 24 hour service room service, the front desk of always kind and eager to help me with whatever I need. They answer my questions throughly and I am a guest who frequently needs early check in and they always try to accommodate me as best as they can. The pool is a bit small but definitely relaxing and the food in and around the hotel is simply magnificent. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity to!

The equipment is very new, there is a shopping mall behind the hotel, shopping is convenient, there are few Chinese people nearby, the outdoor terrace on the second floor of the breakfast hotel feels very delicious. I solved it at a nearby Japanese restaurant in the evening, and there is Starbucks near 200 meters. All of this is very good, the only bad thing is that there is no boiled water, but most hotels in the United States do not, especially this place with few Chinese.

The sound of the air conditioner was huge, the room was very poorly sounded (the next door was able to hear everything), and the sound in the hallway was heard clearly. The house cleaning staff is also very rude. The undisturbed sign fell to the ground, and after violently knocking on the door, the door was directly pushed in, or it was early in the morning. However, parking is very convenient, and the commissary downstairs can also meet basic needs.

My husband and I stopped by on 02/19/2022 to have some drinks and try the food at From The Rooftop. Unfortunately, we did not stick around to try the food because the bartender wearing his black sunglasses, who would not crack a smile or acted like he was too inconvenienced to acknowledge you as a customer was very rude. My husband stood in line for 30 mins before he got a drink. He and 2 people in front of him stood waiting as the bartender decided he would serve the party of about 10 people first, who had just walked in and decided to bypass the line that had already formed. Keep in mind it was only 1 PM and the place was not busy prior to the party of 10 arriving. We really wanted to come back and stay at the Cambria, but I don't see that happening now. We love to visit locally and give recommendations to family and friends be it word of mouth or social media, however the service we received has really made it difficult for us to give any positive feedback which is very unfortunate.

Old-fashioned and old in all. buildings, furniture. Bathroom equipment is new, but the sewage system is old. 1 washing and drying machine for the facility. No inside territory, you walk by balconies to get to other places. Or you need to get outside of buildings go get to the reception. Nice outside backyard but you can’t enjoy it in summer, no mist, no fans there. Good golf carts service. Several restaurants around. One little bar at reception - can’t accommodate all people in the evening. Pools are small, always packed. Kids enjoyed water park. We got non-smoking room, unbearably stinky. Changed it only next day.

We took a suite here for two nights. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room itself was very well appointed and very comfortable. If you can, ask for a room at the back of the hotel since this has got the better view. The hotel is 15 minutes' walk from Chase Field baseball stadium and this allowed us to walk back after the match in the evening. The only thing to note is that breakfast is a little bit hit and miss. Also that the floors and walls are a little thin - we were woken at 5am by the chap above having an argument with someone on the phone. The clientele is also a little mixed. Nevertheless overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and although we were worried about whether there would be enough parking, in fact this was never a problem.

Stayed overnight upon arrival before starting my visit in the area. Shuttle service from the airport was prompt, friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and the room was clean and smelled fresh. The bed was disappointing, with a lumpy, sagging mattress. Sheets were on, not tucked well and hanging on the floor. I was using Honors points and money for the room, and I hope that didn't have a bearing on the room I got. Otherwise, the room wad outfitted with a fridge and microwave. The Brix restaurant offered a good menu. Salads were plentiful and well presented, as was breakfast. The staff in the restaurant was friendly as was the front desk service team. I would ask for a 4th floor room again. The pool area and patio were quiet due to the heat during the day.

Tip do not book this location. I seen the reviews and it is a centralized location. I wanted to give it a chance as you cannot read into others experiences at times. Well, I was wrong. Was not happy whatsoever. I would never allow my children to sleep in such a place. This was worse than all of my military stays in various regions. Horrendous. I don't mind being in some places but oh I should have paid attention to all of the reviews. Booked and entered the room. I spent an hour on the phone stating the status of the room and other things. Packed up my belongings and family took off to another location in Phoenix/Tempe area.

Friendly staff at check in. I actually thought bed was comfortable despite dingy sheets that made me feel a little dirty. They also allow dogs no extra fee. I had 2 50 pounders so that limits my hotel options. Friendly roach in our room. Room was rather grimy. There’s a penny on the floor in bathroom, if you stay in room 123, pretty sure it’ll still be there because it doesn’t look like it’s actually cleaned. In pic is the roach that was scurrying across the furniture…he didn’t live to scurry any further. Though I am curious how cleaning crew misses trash stuffed in peephole on door. Guess so paranoid individuals can feel safe. Also, how is light switch melted?! It was in desperation to get a hotel; it was an outrageous nightly rate ($164 w tax) for a roach motel. Spend the extra $$ is my suggestion for a cleaner place.

This holiday turned into a sad disappointment of expectations for our planned holiday to celebrate or 33 years married, all our previous visits over 20 years had been wonderful resulting in a exciting result in always wanting to return. this is not the case now firstly: Our evening arrival the office was closed luckily a maintenance man let us in to discover we were not on the system as being booked. My paperwork showed otherwise he said 'Booking.com don't always let us know of bookings. He then booked us in with the added information we don't supply bedding/ towels anymore. we had travelled from England not expecting to accommodate ourselves with these items. He gave us 3 pillows/ 2 sheets, the room was not clean with toothpaste across the bathroom tiles and mucky toilet seat, no crockery/ utensils complimentary coffees. we bought water from the machine in the grounds. Speaking with the manageress the next morning we were told it had changed ownership and these were not given anymore. she was very sorry that we had not received any update on how the 'hotel' was now run but did arrange clean bedding and towels for that day. We had to buy crockery/utensils along with many microwave meals as no cooking equipment.The next 2 weeks it was clear the 'rules' of the pool were ignored by a family of 5 children aged from 2 upwards who took over the pool area with eating in the pool, diving and the 2 year old had nappies on which were clearly not swim nappies..Dog fouling was seen inside the pool area and by the access stairway stinking the area. Our holiday of a lifetime was ruined, the staff were so apologetic but could not alter the new 'hotel' policy. Our 4-day stay here was well worth the price. The front desk staff were all exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which got our stay off to a positive start. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, although it is not a new property. The rooms are comfortable and pretty typical for a Comfort Inn. The price was reasonable, with a special 4-night promotional deal. Although there were no hot breakfast items because of Covid, there was a good variety of muffins, sweet rolls, and other items that made this breakfast buffet better than other similar hotels that we have stayed at recently. The wi-fi worked very well. The location is convenient, just north of ASU and off a 202 freeway exit. The only negative was traffic and airplane noise. The hotel is located close to a busy street, and also in the departure part of aircraft when they are taking off to the east. Perhaps there are rooms that are better shielded from the noise (our room faced north, on the 2nd floor). Other than the noise, our stay was comfortable and very enjoyable. Everything considered, we would stay here again.

Hotel location is very good, but the facilities are old, the sound is not good, the toilet space is small, and the water pipes and other rooms are connected. The temperature of the water and hot water will change next door. It is too difficult to take a bath. However, considering the lower price, the price is still ok.

Clean, fresh, nicely appointed hotel. Wonderful check in experience. I think her name was Grace. Excellent customer service. Other interactions with others not as friendly but not rude. Weird fireplace and couches outside of the side of the hotel. Parking is sort of a pain. Maybe there are more hotel entrances that I didn’t see. The rooms Are large with an excellent modern kitchen. First stay in this brand as a Diamond member. We had rooms 419 & 417 nothing to really see out of either side of the hotel (odds or evens). Towels smelled weird like food. Comfy bed, large desk, couch. Shower was nice. They have gel and shampoo on the shower walls as pumps. Provided conditioner in small bottle. I would have liked a shower cap but they did provide make up remover. Breakfast had ZERO proteins available which is a miss. I was hungry all morning due to lake of protein. They have both disposable and traditional plates, cups utensils at breakfast. They have self laundry in the gym. Weird but great to have. Gym is small but is doable. Overall a good experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times, and prefer it. You will probably be impressed with the size of the rooms. It has a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove. Then the room is a living room and separate bedroom. I also like the breakfast in the morning. It has make your own waffles along with eggs, meats, yogurt, etc. Definitely not a standard continental. The service has always been great during each stay. The largest downside is probably that the lunch and dinner options are limited in the area. There are a handful of fast food places directly next to it, including some sit down quick places, but other than that in the two block radius there's not much. The immediate area is a business park with a lot of company offices. The perks for me outweigh the cons, so if you are in the area, don't hesitate to book this place. I will stay there again and again.
