Varied and delicious breakfast. The view from the restaurant is sensational. What leaves something to be desired about the hotel are two things: there is no smart TV in the room; and the Internet is very bad. I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn't connect to my laptop.

Terrible service, with the exception of check-out, suite with several problems, telephone without working microphone, air conditioning not very cold, defective bed, I did not have any type of room service, even though I said I would, the only positive point was the breakfast morning, which despite everything is good.

Valor alto para a comodidade, hotel precisa de reformas, chuveiro estava péssimo, solicitei a troca que foi realizada, porém no dia seguinte estava péssimo novamente. Acredito que colocaram um chuveiro usado.

Em tempo de pandemia foi preocupante, pois, apesar de várias placas informando da obrigatoriedade do uso de máscara nas dependências do hotel, principalmente no restaurante, onde é servido um bom café da manhã, pouquíssimas pessoas usavam, isso com o hotel praticamente lotado. Não tinha nenhuma cobrança por porte dos funcionários, apesar das placas espalhandas por todo hotel. Sem falar que muitos jovens participavam das festas junina na cidade (nada contra) e entravam de qualquer jeito no hotel.
