2 bedroom apartment, 3 adults Continental breakfast included, cooked breakfast is an extra cost The apartment 117 2 decent sized bedrooms, main with built in wardrobes and second with only drawers Both bedrooms had ceiling fans and the beds were pretty comfortable The lounge had a dining table and 2 couches, one of which folds out to a bed The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, so it's ideal for a self catering holiday There are 2 showers (1 over the bath) but only 1 toilet which is off the laundry which has a huge washing machine The swimming pool/spa/sauna and BBQ area is well maintained, clean and rarely used by other guests except for weekends The location The resort is literally 50m from the beach, which is manned by surf life savers and is very clean. Hillarys boat harbour is a 10 minute walk where there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Sorrento is a 30 minute drive from Perth city or the airport and you'll need a cab or hire car to get to/from supermarkets/bottle shops etc. We hired from Bayswater car hire - I can highly recommend

Good value for its price level. Basic room, clean enough despite being rather dated (still using the traditional key with that big plastic attachment). Check-in staff, breakfast & location also good. A few stops on the free Red CAT from Perth Stn to the block behind. A block away is the wonderful vast expanse of Langley Park with the Swan River at the side.

We've stayed here before. It's great value for money. Room was clean, modern bathroom and furnishings. Plenty of lighting, much better than the one main light in the middle of the room. Meals at the hotel were good value and the staff were so friendly and efficient. The hotel is situated next to a railway station for convenience. Also, cars are parked in a secure gated car park. Will definitely returnj.

We got a unit that says no window and since there is no other places with decent price and this is the only one that looks decently priced we tried for 1 night and we were very surprised with the outcome. It's nice and even without a window it's by far one of the most cleanest and nicest hotel we have stayed so far. It's right beside the car park and tucked away at a corner but that didn't bother us. We love it actually. It's also on ground floor so we didn't had to climb stairs or wait for lift. The check in was seamless with automatic check in. Amenities is great. Distance was a bit far from station but it's a good exercise and walk!

The Westin could be everything you’d want from a great city hotel in a brand new curated precinct with restaurants and bars, let down completely by the incompetence and complete apathy of the staff. The exception was the front desk, with quick friendly service but beyond that it was completely amateur and haphazard. The room service was spotty everyday, and on 2 days the room was not made up, every other day the room coffee cups, milk or spoons or coffee pods or sugar or milk was not replaced or towels not provided. You’d think service staff have a checklist, should be easy right!? The lobby cafe in the hotel called Haven was more like Hell, I had to dedicate a separate review for that as the service was non existent, appalling. Garum again has so much potential, alas the service is astonishingly haphazard, food not delivered, 30 minutes to bring my wine, served up after my meal. Frankly the staff have no idea, the poor manager made up for it, but he is terribly let down by his team, who don’t seem to miss an opportunity to disappoint. Wow so much potential absolutely wasted by something very fixable, if you can’t change the people then change the people! There was clearly a lack of middle management. The porters at the door were equally incompetent or inexperienced, I fumbled my way through the two large entrance doors, and after I made my way through, there was a feeble attempt by one if the porters that lifted his head up from his phone to assist with my hand luggage into my car, he seemed so pleased with himself that he was my knight in shining armour, hopeless. Come on Westin, prove me wrong, really I want this fantastic hotel to succeed in my neighbourhood, I want to recommend you to my colleagues and friends but fix your rubbish service!! Until then I can’t recommend you, I have a reputation to protect something you should care about as well.

Location next to the Apple shop in Perth. Nice and central. Close to shopping cbd area and close to supermarket Woolworths and the Coles at Raine Square. Used it as a base to explore Perth right next to.wesley church which was a nice landmark close to the hotel. Parking is hard though and expensive. Room was very clean and lovely but u had to ask for things like toothbrush and shaver which they kindly delivered to the door. Polite staff were always kind and helpful and eager to please. I was given a generous late check out. The cleaning lady was super nice too. One issue was my room was so far from the lift lobby. Another thing the water dispenser was located next to a open gap dustbin and sometimes i could see flies hovering near the bin while filling my watet hurriedly next to it. Overall i enjoyed my stay there.

Great location! Surrounded by shops & services. Room service was nice too. However I was disappointed that I had to upgrade in order to have a room with a view. And due to the location and height of the building, I don’t think many rooms would have a view. The rooftop was also not open during my stay.

Booked for one night. Clean room and toilet with clean sheets and towels provided. Private room was sufficiently big for 2 of us (one large and one small luggage). Highly recommend if you’re looking for a no-frills place to soend the night (no TV in room). Walking distance to northbridge was a plus!

The European Hotel retains much of its distinctive style but it IS different under the new management. Miss Maud is on an extended break but it looks like the wonderful buffet cafe/restaurant on the corner has gone forever. There is a small coffee shop as part of the complex. We were disappointed with the service. Offerings were fairly limited and not cheap. But there are other options nearby. The hotel is now more Eurasian. There is nothing wrong with that of course. Staff at reception are professional but can be curt at times. I endorse the comment of the reviewer who mentioned information about wifi and password was not freely given at check-in. Having said that, the free wifi was very good. Room was as we expected. Comfortable but the airconditioning took a little while to get used to. The hotel is an easy walk from Perth railway station so it is convenient for people using the new (October 2022) airport line. Public bus services pass close by. Many businesses in the area have closed down but the hotel surroundings are generally safe. However, some patrons may feel a little uneasy about some of the local street and homeless people.
