Very recommended to live here, especially for self-driving tours. The entrance is at Swan Lake. There is a park. There is a large grass field. You can have a picnic and morning jog. At night, you can see the night view of the other side. The restaurant near the pier is good. There is a big supermarket near the hotel, which is perfect for a few days. The price is cheaper than the other side Swan Lake.

The check-in process was quick, and the staff was readily available to address any inquiries. The rooms, though basic, were clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. While the furnishings were not the most modern, they served their purpose. The bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's location was undoubtedly its strongest selling point. Being situated right in the city center meant easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. This convenience allowed me to make the most of my time in the city without spending much on transportation.

The hotel is in a good location. It is next to the Kings Park in West Perth, with a bus stop at the door. Modern, clean and convenient. The receptionist service is very good. I know nothing about the breakfast.

fantastic location ! woke up to a lovely harbour view , fresh air , directly opposite the ferry trrminal, where you can just hop on the ferry to cross opposite to cbd, downtown, chiantown etc in a mere 10 mins ride ! hotel is clean, new , come fully fitted with kitchenette, onsite carpark is available , also theres a free washing machine and dryer at level 2 and BBq pit which was awesome

The river view room can see the city from a distance. The hotel is newly renovated. It can be seen that the room design is relatively sophisticated and the materials are very good. The thick doors, copper-looking hardware, and Japanese tea sets and tableware. Although the room is not It's quite big, but it's equipped with storage shelves, so the space seems to be ample. The waiters and front desk are friendly and considerate. Overall, it's good. It's very cost-effective in Perth. Disadvantages: The sink is too small, and you have to wash your face next to the faucet; the corridor is open-plan, and the wind was particularly strong one night, and it was difficult to sleep with the door blowing all night long; there are not many choices for breakfast and the quality of the food needs to be improved.
