定這個房是因為出差去酉陽，回來太晚了臨時打算在彭水下道，因為另外一個同事定的是彭水兩江，就想找個距離和另一個同事近一點的房，到了才發現尚品這家酒店，過去還要上橋到對面去了，準備馬上退房，被平台告知不能退，因為酒店不讓退，一分錢都不能退，確實第一次遇到這種做生意的，當時我在兩江背後定了另外一家酒店，就沒有過來住尚品，第二天扣了所有房費，這個合理嗎，有沒有相關法律可以約束酒店的。之後去哪兒客服和我協商，説給我補償50代金券，也當幫我減少損失，結果那個券到現在都沒有看到。你們就是服務的嗎。差評，差評，酒店這樣做也完全不合理，都沒有來辦理入住，憑啥子扣錢

衞生很好，服務也好，唯一就是床墊不行，感覺就是在一個坑裡麪碎覺
