Firstly, the location is great! Very centralised and walkable to many places of interest. The staffs are also very friendly and courteous. Bed is really comfortable and room has a great view!
Few areas for improvement are: TV is very old and is not a smart TV, the wifi is really really slow, and the water in the toilet bowl and bathtub water has a hint of yellow.

I am very happy that I chose this hotel! The location turned out to be splendid as I was able to walk to most of the places I intended to visit. Also, it was one of the few tall buildings in the area so I had an excellent view from my high-floor window (in my case, looking out to sea). The room was in excellent condition and I couldn't fault a thing. Importantly, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times! Plus, the breakfasts were excellent with many choices to suit all tastes. I would happily stay here again!

Room is clean and comfortable. The small fridge is faulty but they replaced another one and all fixed in 30 minutes after I called. The indoor pool is not big but has slide.

Perfect place to see New Year Eve's celebration fireworks. The front desk officer was very accommodating to my needs to have a room facing KOMTAR.

I love staying here!
I was amaze with the seaview from our room. They provide enough amenities such as lots of towel (various sizes) and prayer mat - which i needed the most. There are variety of food selection for breakfast.
I will surely booking this place next time im traveling here again.
